Only played bit but I'm loving the vaguely Lynchian surrealism of this game.
I never know if I'm meant to laugh or be highly disturbed, so I've been doing both. Looks really promising.

One thing I have learnt is to save in every screen in case of frustratingly sudden, yet admittedly highly amusing, death.

Well, he feels a bit stiff; the only thing moving is his arm. Try doing the action yourself and feeling how you shift your weight, there's subtle movements happening all over.

I'll just assume there was a spelling mistake on your part.

If you can make a game that looks like that then I will EAT THE UNIVERSE in appreciation.

They're just names. Usually nothing's been registered with anyone apart from maybe a website domain name.

Hahahahaha.

Here's what fun I've had with with Captchas (did not know they were called that):

Yeah, I can't get either of them working on Dosbox.
Well, at least if they don't work on anyone's computer then all the entrants are on an even playing field.

I love the guidelines. Is there any way to download either of these games?

Eat it.

Well, don't actually eat it because it's my cake but... yup... I go to Uni with awesome people, yes sir, yes sir I do.

It's not all bad, though. the music played fine.

I hate this computer...

While I agree with Ron Gilbert's principle that the player shouldn't find the solution to a puzzle before finding the puzzle, if the item is being used in a less than obvious way then the puzzle is actually about figuring out that a certain item will work rather than finding it, so it's acceptable for player to already have it.

Was that all one sentence? I'm sorry, my grammar is terrible...

Look at this place, it's like a bigshot factory that manufactures bigshots... but quietly and in an environmentally friendly manner.

I'm seriously juuust on the cusp of being able to impress people at parties by bringing along my copy of Hip To The Javabean that I bought before it was cool.

It works when you see them animated. Mean-spirited game, though. Punishes you for everything.

Well, I'm guessing it's just a throwaway joke added after the graphics were completed, intended to have the effect "oh he is with his girlfriend OH WAIT SHE ISN'T HIS GIRLFRIEND SHE IS IS HIS PAROLE OFFICER OR THE JUVENILE DELINQUENT EQUIVILENT AND HE HAS SEDUCED HER OH HILARITY!!"
Honestly, with all the other leaps of logic that game expects you to make; this one isn't so big.
#638
What's wrong with the idea of a sexy lady parole officer?

Work done for free doesn't look like anything other than filler on a resumé.

At least that's what industry insiders say about all those animation studios who try and exploit students through 'competitions' as a means of getting free labour.
I'm going to take a wild guess and assume the games industry isn't so different.
