I did catch that, but didn't know whether I had a trustworthy narrator!

Pretty clear connection between this film and the last one.

If, for whatever reason, another key of The Ship comes available, lemme know? Thanks all for your generosity!

Strangers on a Train?

EDIT: That must be right. I missed the part about there being a connection with the previous film. I'll await verification, but have a screenshot all queued up!

How about I just create a Citizen Kane adventure game?

I feel like this is a trick question.

Is it out of reach to have an option that stretches proportionately until the picture hits the limits on either the top and bottom, or left and right of the screen? Is that what others are asking for?

I feel as though the angle of the shadows on the trees on the left are a bit too far to the left. Otherwise, and agreeing with Armageddon's notes, I think this looks lovely.

My rhyming is legendary, my rhymes are sublime. I just don't have time for those who half-rhyme.

I hope you live in a place with universal health coverage. You're going to need it.

Are you saying we shouldn't try to Kickstart Emogame 3?

I love it.  I just need to find a pair of 3D glasses so I can love it some more!

Let me know if it works! I regrettably just last week packed away my 3D glasses without thinking about this being in the pipeline.

Quote from: Ascovel on Sun 07/07/2013 13:05:11For example, did film follow the same evolution as did painting or architecture? Did it start from scratch in terms of shaping a new art form?

A case could be made for "early silent film with stationary cameras" = "text adventures."

Perhaps Mati encountered a bug like I did. When I entered the place where the feather would have been used, the last saucer part was just lying on the ground, and I didn't have to do anything to get it.

Quote from: dactylopus on Sat 06/07/2013 17:46:14I didn't like Citizen Kane, can that be enough?  Maybe I shouldn't have said anything.

I'd say there's a difference between "It didn't appeal to me," and "It was bad," and I think people far too often say the latter when they mean the former. You genuinely think it's a poor movie? The technical, cinematographic, narratological effects that Welles and especially Gregg Toland achieved in that film, were poor? I guess it's not worth arguing about, and off-topic, but you don't just barge into a (digital) room, yell, "Citizen Kane was shit," and then expect that to be the end of the conversation.

Sunrise is amazing. I can't help but feel we've regressed in terms of making film art every time I see it.
