Indeed it is, and that's the lovely Myrna Loy and the witty William Powell in the shot above. The third castmember whom I neglected to feature was Asta, their dog.

Snarky's turn!

I'll try to work out how to change the cell padding.  It seems SMF's styles aren't that straightforward, so I'll have to poke around.  First I have to get my dev copy of the forums installed though, which is still in progress!

I think it's because, as far as I can tell, there is no padding, and the height of the entire table row is determined by the height of the tallest table data cell, which in this case is the one containing three lines that make up the "Last Post" column. If you want the rows to be shorter, you'll have to cut content from that cell, and I don't think that's optimal.

Take your time. We're just running in place now because we don't know where we're going.

Welcome, Miguel! This actress actually has a semi-nude scene in a pre-code film.

A shot in the dark: Grand Hotel?

Not Grand Hotel, but that is a wonderful movie as well.

As a hint, the title of this movie is widely thought to refer to the lead male, when in actuality, it refers to the murder victim.

Well, folks, midnight my time has just passed, and so I'm calling this one over. Let the voting commence! Who will be the victor?

Will it be CaptainD with his examination of Vogonity?

Will it be budgerigar with his expose on the true nature of Italian plumber war criminals?

Or will it be SaneCo. with the return of the crafty Boojum?

I'm going to reserve my vote for a tiebreak scenario. You guys all did spectacularly, in my opinion!

Idea: Eazy-O
Atmosphere: 2DMatty (Just barely beats out oraxon this time for me)
Functionality: Lad (Could see this being spiced up quite a bit by some objects)

This shouldn't qualify, as it's a rap between a parser and a player, and isn't really a battle rap, but perhaps it will inspire someone else to enter:

You Are in a Room With a Closed, Unlocked Door

(Warning: one instance of rude language.)

Just a little over 24 hours left in this competition! We've got three strong entries thus far, and I'm looking forward to seeing how the vote goes on this. Would anyone else like to toss their work into the mix?

This will likely give the movie away, but here is a pretty lady in her nightgown for you, Miguel:

Thanks! I found some references to a 1.5, but never found anything definite. Looks like this never got to demo phase, which is a shame.

On purpose! I still bumped forward a few frames so you could get a glimpse of one of the main characters over his shoulder. You've got a pretty good view of the second main character. And if I posted a picture of the third, the little character, it'd just give it away.

I'll post some pictures of some 1930s ladies for Miguel in a little while.

Congrats, Eric!

Thanks for reminding me of the existence of this one. Think I'll try to find a copy to watch soon!

Here's an oldie and a goodie:

If I'm right, they're more hot pants. It's part of the uniform of the titular punk band.

Here's the trailer.

I think we should

>SAY "To be honest, you're the only person I've found alive down here so far."
>GLANCE AWAY, REMEMBERING THE PERSON YOU MAYBE ACCIDENTALLY DROWNED. HOPE MIKE MILLER DOESN'T NOTICE.
>SAY "What are our options, otherwise? I've been tasked with sealing the dome. Is that possible?"

But would like some discussion on this before committing.

Oh damn oh damn. This one has Ray Winstone and Diane Lane. The Fabulous...Stains? I'm going to cheat and look it up.

Ah yes! "Ladies and Gentlemen: The Fabulous Stains" is my guess.

Can you give a link to this? I didn't know anyone besides me had even heard of Jack Orlando, much less liked it enough to make a fan game.

Much, much, much better! Looking very nice indeed!

Is there any way to drop something green in the bottom left corner? It would provide some color balance considering the weight of the green in the other corners.
