I'll hide most of my post even though someone's going to post a spoiler shortly anyway and people who haven't seen the movie should know this forum better than to have read this far in the thread.

I must be one of the few who thought the second part was pretty mediocre. Where the plot in the first part was nothing more than an excuse to show some quite amazing and stylish fight scenes, the second part doesn't have anything else but the story which is too shallow to keep me interested on its own.

Spoiler
By the end I couldn't care less if Beatrix finished her revenge or not. Overall it feels like a too long ending to a good movie.

The only redeeming part of volume 2 was the flashback to the training with Pei Mei, but if all it adds to the movie is that anti-climatic fight at end it might as well have been snipped.

"You're a terrific girl. One of my favorites. But sometimes, you can be a cunt."
Woop de doo, he said "cunt".

Edit: For the record I loved the first movie and went into the theater expecting more of the same, which might have made me critique it too harshly, but I doubt it.

Night of the Living Dead is apparantly Public Domain and has always been so. You can download it for free from archive.org, bless their hearts.
http://www.archive.org/movies/details-db.php?collection=feature_films&collectionid=night_of_the_living_dead&from=collectionSpotlight

"Before 1978, any copyrighted work had to have a copyright notice on every distribution, otherwise it wasn't considered copyrighted. George A. Romero mistakenly left out the copyright notice when he distributed his 1968 film NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD. The copyright has not recently "lapsed," but was in fact never enforcable, which is why we have dozens of "pirate" distributions of NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD and innumerable knock-offs." From http://boingboing.net/2004/03/23/night_of_the_living_.html

There's plenty of other Public Domain movies on archive.org as well: http://www.archive.org/movies/collection.php?collection=feature_films

Edit: Download the mpeg4 version btw.

21 last time I checked. Which was about a month ago when I looked in my forum profile and realised how old I was.

Not before I crawl up in a fetus position to cry over my atrocious spelling.

Mine. The haystack in the bottom left corner was supposed to be a S&M style inventory.

I suspect you mean Legacy rather than Full Throttle, Yufster. That's the name of the song used in the intro to Full Throttle at least.

Edit: Damn you, damn you to heck PeaceMan.

Yahtzee made two games since you left actually. Welcome back Davis. Our affair was short lived but intense. You left not long after I joined and ever since then I've only had the nude photo of you wearing a cowboy hat to comfort myself with.

Edit: As for things that happened since you left, not much comes to mind except Mittens finally took place. Twice actually.

Mittens 2002 was in England and Mittens 2003 in Sweden. Mittens 2004 will be in up state New York if you're able to come.

Edit2: Here's Chrille's Mittens 2003 report: http://gaspop.com/mittens/

Pretty much all I've got besides 5 or so budget DVDs that aren't in their list, I'll have to add them myself if I get hold of a scanner.

Edit: Old nick btw, I'll have to figure out how to change nicks there. DVDProfiler is a pretty handy site and you just have to enter the barcode back on a DVD to add one. Plus it's handy when someone wants to borrow from you.

Edit2: I own a lot of crap ones. I apologise for "Ninja Scroll". I truly am sorry.
