Umm.... why did you post broken links?

So, did you guess?

Yes, that's right! I got a tablet!

*cheering of fans*

It's really hard to get used to it, especially when trying to do strait lines. I still can't understand how people do all those good drawing with them, its so hard. I use a program called Corel Art Dabbler, which I got with it. I also got a ball-less mouse with it which I don't know what it does.

Does anyone have any advice to help me get better at this, or better yet, point me at a tutorial? Thanks.

And yes my name is Dassier  ::).

Did anyone even notice how collect didn't even post back? You probably scared him away, or he's just happy to see you fight.

MrMasse:I thought so, just wasn't sure  ;D.

I just upgraded my computer, it wouldn't be really fair on my mom and dad if I asked them for a tablet now  :-\.

Well I am really getting into kol, I'm even getting 2 Mr. accessory, and I was thinking of entering these art competitions to win some more.

These competitions:

But i think i have no chance of winning anyway... :-\

The circle is also filled. Can i remove this crap?
#31
But im not drawing a pixel image, they would look crap on a hi-res image.

When i create a curve with the pen tool, it fills it in with black colour. Is there any way of removing that?

MrColossal: I want to make an elbow curve.
#33
I'm kind of in a hurry so I won't be getting into much detail. I just want to know how to make a curve in Photoshop (I think it's with the pen tool, but I can't work it).

I like it very much, remind me of summer days  ;D.

But I'm not quite sure what does things at the bottom are, are they crops of some sort?

Yea broken sword had some really nice art.

I never said I was making a game, I just wanted to test it out and see how it works.
#37
Woooooww!

That is some totally cool art! I haven't played much of the older games, but from what I played, these are the best.

Ah yes sorry, I was going to edit the post and remove it but you posted too fast  ;D. I loaded the demo game into ags and applied the plug-in. The readme had commands I didn't quite understand in it, so if someone can tell me how to connect to another person, I would be really thankful.

We could (if ags would support them that is), create things like The Sierra Network, and have fun running around and solving puzzles.

Heard about TCP/IP plugin Tanker?

Oh sorry, I didn't see that. When I try to load the game into ags, it says that the game has some options with automatically losing inventory or something, and that they have been removed in the new version. Did I have to do something, or is this just a compatibility bug with the n
ew version? I would really like to use this plug-in, its like what i said in the first topic in one file!

Do you think they will ever be invented? I mean you can pretty much play any other game type in a multiplayer mode, why can't we play adventure games? When I think of multiplayer adventure games, these things come to mind:

-Solving puzzles with friends.
-Trading inventory.
-Chatting.

...and many other wonderful things. It shouldn't be too hard, right? Considering you can pretty much go into a new world with today's online role playing games (like World of Warcraft), a  2d multiplayer game would seem like child play.

Think of the possibilities this would open for us adventure game lovers! We could (if ags would support them that is), create things like The Sierra Network, and have fun running around and solving puzzles.
And it wouldn't be long before someone makes an rpg game with ags, which would be really fun to play.

Bah, I don't know why I am writing this anyway. I'm probably the only one who thinks about it this way.
