I agree with rharpe. If you're going to have it animate, have it animate every 15 seconds or so. It looks good (though aliased looking, due to gif?), but would be distracting from the website.

A 1/3 a tank of gas.

It's really hard to get a decent price on those kinds of things. Usually only collectors shoot for this kind of stuff, and eBay is the best place to look price wise. Most local specialty stores will have "the blue book", which has price values for everything of that subject/class/whatever. Just stray from the chain-stores. They'll always rip you off. They just want it for the sale, not the item.

A fix my picture sort of thing might be fun. Might be more fun with an actual photo. Cut something out, add something. In the end it's a totally different picture.

Reading minds would be my choice. But this mind control thing has got me thinking. Wouldn't controling minds require you to be able to read minds?

I tapped some 18 year olds when I was 15. And some hot ones at that. But it wasn't love. Far from it.

I think if you're going to do it, have it 10/4. That extra note hold sounds weird to me. It's relaxing, yes, but something is unsettling about that pause. Maybe just add a quarter note in the middle of the pause?

Took me two times. CJ's undergarments are very hard to find. He keeps them in the middle drawer.

Well, her breasts are very high, and her rib cage sits out a tad too far. That will change how it looks some. The far arm sits up to high, and should be moved down to the center of her breast. You could move the closest arm up too, if you want. The hands seem too clenched. When you spead your arms like that your fingers usually point out because the ballance is where the fingers meet the hand. If you are ballancing at the elbow, the hands would be facing down more, Michael Jackson Thriller like.

As far as the shape of the hand, it seems like she is wearing thick gloves. Which is fine, fits the character. If she's not, make the fingers skinnier with more of a pointed tip. Anime seems to have that look alot. Whatever you're shooting for, I guess.

Well, Fluke doesn't seem to respond positive to anything else. Might as well try, I suppose.

Nothing is pure black anyway. There's always a highlight or a slight grey tone.

Another good rule of thumb is no gradients if everything else isn't shaded.

I like to highlight things on my desktop. Make perfect ant-trail highlights around icons, move my icons into shapes, those sorts of things. But I do play the cursor in between the lines of text game a lot too. Sometimes I scroll fast over parts I know won't work.

Meh, I just download an emulator if I feel the need to play an old sega game.

Lasso tool and an opaque layer using solid black?

Yeah, it's a nice image over all. Some cast shadows would really improve it, I think. The gradient is all a personal prefernence. It'd work better if there were more gradients in the image (not that I condone the use of gradients).

1. How long have you been involved in the AGS community?
- I started tinkering with AGS about 5 years ago, but now I'm just here for the arts and DG.
2. Why did you get involved in AGS?
- LGM told me about it and I just kind of stuck around.
3. How do you feel that the fact that AGS is a freeware programme affect the community that has built up around it?
- Yes, very much so. I think that many of the great people that have come here have left because they were done with it in a sort. Like downloading a free game off the internet, you play it for awhile and delete it. But if you were to buy it, you feel inclined to play it and keep it around. Also some of the great, short lived AGSers wouldn't be around either.
4. How big a part does the AGS community play in your life?
- I check the boards three times a day. My internet life pretty much revolves around it even though I haven't really made a game or play many games.
5. Have you been involved in making any games using AGS? You may list them if you want.
- I've made a lot of art for games, but never got around to much of the scripting. Since v2.3 or something AGS changed pretty rapidly and I never got around to learning some of the new configurations.
6. Answer these questions if you have been involved in making AGS games: (I'll answer anyway)
a. Were you interested in game design/programming before you started using AGS?
- Yes, but never as interested as I am now. It was kind of a secret passion.
b. If no, do you feel that you would have got into game design without AGS?
-Ã,  Maybe.
c. Do you make games using other programmes, either freeware or not? How does the eperience differ?
- AGS is the cleanest program out there. It has a simple enough design for a n00bie, but if you're good with programming, you can do almost anything.
d. Has AGS inspired you to try and take up game design professionally?
- I've done more game inspired art pieces, a lot more CG art, but I won't take it up as a profession, I don't think.
7. Do you feel that there is a gender divide in the AGS community?
- It's not just the females that m0ds hits on. I'll leave it at that.
8. Are you likely to feel differently about a game if you discover it's made by a female? In what way?
- No. If it's good, and you're into the game, you don't even think about it.
9. Do you feel that AGS makes it easier for females to get involved in computer game design? In what way?
- No, it makes it easier for everyone. I think that because AGS is freeware it might allow some females to try their hand at it, but if they really wanted to make a game, they'd do it with or without AGS. Same goes for males.
10. Do you feel that there is a difference between the types of games created by males and females?
- Usually female games are pretty easy to pick out; female character, cartoonish style, light mood. The plots can differ, but most of the games feel the same.
11. Any other comments?
- I too, fancy myself some pie.
#719
Like DC said, you'll probably need to dither. I think that, with some heavy scripting, on white your character could have a black outline and on black your character could have a white outline, making the character stand out more.Ã,  Also, someone here made a dither pattern and I happened to save it.

They all look great, but those who really stand out is the first and the fourth. The sixth might get you into some legal trouble if you intend on selling them, as it looks very similar to the already existing brand "girl".

Then I'm sure they could sue all of the public restrooms as well. It's not something you can really copyright.
