Ugh. Stuck.

Spoiler

Items: Spotty brown fish, slip of paper, retuned radio, house deed, tan lotion, detergent in a glass bottle. What now? I thought I would obviously be using the detergent on the old lady's rug (wool??) but I can't. I have paid off $25 and got the cat down from the tree, I have given the batteries to that women.

Oh, wow. I just noticed that the robots/mutants/assorted aliens carry on walking, so like they go off your screen to the right, and then if you go to the riht, they're on that screen in the right position. Interesting.

I've always liked you, junc, and it's good to see yet another person who joined after me beating me to making a game.

It's all very Blade Runner isn't it. Well done on thinking up slang terms, that's very realistic. Downloading now, I'm sure I'll enjoy it.

Esseb misinformed
I am not American
Not by a long shot

I am a Britain
Like CJ and Mark Lovegrove
You are in the wrong

I pronounce it right
tis Ed-ju-cay-shi-on-nal
Say it slowly and hear

Can you hear it now?
Remember the syllables
are word parts, not sounds.

You say shio-on-nal
very fast and it sounds like
I am in the wrong

Pronounciation
is harder than it looks, yes?
You will learn in time*

*this is all I could think of, no offence intended.

that was a very good post.
Educational.

But this has six sounds!
See: Ed-u-cay-shi-on-al
You have misplaced awe.

Eric my outburst
was because the thread didn't stop
I did not disrupt

I'm not veteran
in the art of the haiku
Patronize me not

I am disturbed, Eric
But by your Nazi strictness
May our games flourish

And now is the time
To point and laugh at you
Yes, I can Haiku!

True that it's a joke
but please read the message
do not insult me

Kgr8thx

Hang on......you complete the game (thus solving all puzzles) just to get a guide, TO the game....telling you how to solve all the puzzles.

*shifty eyes*

riiiiiiight.

Well, this is interesting.

The plot:
       What plot?
The graphics:
Nice inventory item graphics, fairly clean lines and accurate shading. The backgrounds were a little off par compared to the red card, but not bad. The second one is very confusing....how did we get there, and what is the red card/ did the red card have to do with it? Only one other negative, the GUI was really nasty to use. You couldn't see the actions and it was hard to use.

Not bad for a test, although you didn't actually put much "scripting" as such in there :P

Hang on a moment though.......he never asked for C&C! neomonkey just gave it to him:

QuoteFidodido:
In Aliens Inc, you play the role of Ed Willis, an innocent young fellow, who gets a sudden visit from Biggie, an alien from the planet 'paso', who was sent to earth to act in an upcoming Sience-Fiction film.

Biggie took an audition, and failed, and the producer of the film decided it's too expensive to bring Biggie back to his planet. Instead, he uses the services of an undeground company to solve the situation in alternative ways.

What is this underground company? It's your job to figure it out...

He hasn't actually asked for opinions anywhere yet!

I figured it out. I was right-clicking the link, thus, downloading the linked game (126, the game number specified by AGS) and not the atcual file. So I just have to skip on DAP this time and do it normally :)

Er, hello? I can't play the game. All I get when I download is a file- 126. I have to open with, and when I say AGS it says corrupt file....bah.

I'll try once more.

Quite fittingly, the file is corrupt.
*sighs*
nothing ever quite seems to go well with me, does it? speaking of which that paint don't work on ME.

And I've just burnt down my house.

And I fell off a ladder.

And I just plunged into an alternate reality.

*sighs*
