For those not informed, Harvester is part of the Humble Weekly Bundle if you pay $5 or more. Also you get 7th Guest (and for a bit more, also 11th Hour) which isn't much of an adventure but fairly FMV. (imho it would be worth the price just for I Have No Mouth and I Must Scream).

Yes! Brilliant movie in my opinion. Difficult to choose a screenshot that didn't immediately look like Wes Anderson, and I suppose I didn't :)

Yes, indeed it is!

I think it's brilliant, utter schlock and bad acting, but still brilliant. I even liked the ending(s) which most people hate.

It's like David Lynch and Roger Corman got together over a few bottles of moonshine and then gave their script to the people who made Killer Klowns from Outer Space.

Edit: If you like Grim's games, Downfall in particular, I think you might enjoy Harvester.

CaptainD is correct, and yeah, weird game indeed. It was also out on PC but I think the Amiga version is best known.

Altered States? That had some trippy footage including snakes.

Amazing game! Played through twice, once with commentary. It's sad to see the Blackwell series over, but it was a rewarding finish. Great work, Dave!

Congrats on the release, Dave. Your writing is eloquent and your meaning pure, you've been a great inspiration throughout the Blackwell series and commentaries. Just replayed Blackwell Deception with commentary on, and now past the first ghost in Blackwell Epiphany. Looking forward to the release party live stream.

You need to get something from behind the painting, probably there's a tool around that could help you

Spoiler
You probably have what you need in your inventory. The actual puzzle is an issue of sound, and the solution is pure adventure game logic.

Use the letter on the bible in the coffee room, that should give you a way to distract the priest for a moment

ok, the crossword puzzle...

Spoiler
this should be the easiest puzzle in real-life, but apparently Ord can't be bothered to pick up the book from the shopkeeper - does the solution involve the man reading the novel in the bar?

you need to reverse the airflow somehow, take a closer look at the fan before mounting it

Ok, so now that I found what I was looking for before...
Spoiler
what do I plug the hole with in the fan? Tried everything in my inventory... :/

Spoiler
the item you need should be in the very same room if not already in your inventory - assuming you mean the hole in the vent, not in the fan
