I assume I have to hide in the empty box. I try moving the weapon part to the dumpster via crashing it into the girder, but I get busted every time. What am I doing wrong?

Just got past this puzzle myself, and had the same problem. Your logic is correct, but you need to first fill the bowl with drinking water, then use the bottle for the poisoned water. (I suppose it could be clued better, e.g. saying that the dragon would notice you refilling the bowl or something).

Congrats on the release. Just purchased it. After playing Moebius this is what I needed, I felt. A question: Does the Steam version have achievements and stuff, or is there no difference between the versions?

Surely this is the next Sam & Max. "The Dirty Adventures of Mop and Bucket".

The interesting thing about Michael Crichton's Amazon is that it started out as Congo - The Game but was transplanted to South America because someone else had already bought the adaptation rights. There's a pretty good explanation of the game's development on the site Cassiebsg linked to: http://www.filfre.net/2013/10/from-congo-to-amazon/ - in case anyone is wondering what happened to the amazing artist behind the screenshots, he is now a cinematic artist at Blizzard and worked on Diablo III and Starcraft II.
