Yea, it actualy slipped my mine I could zip them....  ::)  :-\ But anywho I added a new screen shot of what I've changed my style to, its simple, and perfect for a stoners game! I'm about half way thru the main intro, I think this will look real nice when finished. I expect to maybe have a demo ready by late May if everything goes as planned.  8)

Well anyways still getting error compiling script after defining sprites....  


Error (line 11): Undefined token 'WaitMouseKey'  could I just get the crm files from you that used to do this???

Ok so I would use my volcanoe background as a sprite?? Well anyways I guess I better read the manual although I don't think I'm realy understanding this correctley....

Ok so do I copy this code directley into the room I want too zoom?? So i imported my image of the ocean and volcanoe, now I click "i" button for room interactions and click script and add the script above?? I notice the room tags like room_a & room_b whats this for??? Please help me aaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh lol :p

Ok, so I wasnt sure were to put this so this seemed like a good place.... Ok so what I want to do is I got a bg I've made of a volcanoe island and I want to gradually zoom in on the bg, untill the volcanoe is close up.... Now is there a easy way of doing this, software, script, etc. ??? Or what would you guys say would be the easiest way of doing this? Your replies will be greatley appreciated.

So is this game gonna be like a primative RedAlert?? That would be great, I wonder if you could make one as technical as RedAlert C&C??? hhhmmmm....  :o

Ok now as I've finished the intro of the game and the first 2 rooms along with a few puzzles, It has come to my realization that I will not beable to make the game in any res bigger than 320 x 240 it has already reached almost 4 megs in 640 x 480, which is not a big deal to me but I don't want the finished game to be like 10 or 15 megs when It don't have to be. So  now I'm gonna have to redo rooms 1 & 2. I'm also rethinking my style, what do you fellas think might be apropriate & are there any tutorials you think I might want to seriously consider trying.

- UPDATE ON GUI - Finally finished the gui also it looks awesome although I'm having some problems with the scripting, I'll be posting in the technical forum soon  8)

Ok I've begun working on "Weed Quest" its a new game I'm working on myself.

- Story -
You play Ashton in this epic adventure to find out what has happend to the worlds supply of weed. You start off in this game at your home when you realize that your stash is gone, eventually you find that the entire world has also lost their supply. It is up to you to find and restore the worlds supply! You will encounter many wacky characters from crack heads, to warlords. You will travel to Mexico & Somewhere of the coast of Florida. If you have a good sense of humor then you'll realy enjoy this game.

I have been working almost everyday on the game, made a new logo. I also have spiffed up all the intro bg's. It realy looks good, and I'm hoping to have a playable demo ready in a month, so be sure to check in frequentley!

I've redrawn the main character here is a image that  shows the new character art. I'm still editing and changing him but this is close to what he's going to look like in the game. Its a big change from the first one!

I usually draw everything in high res then shrink it to whatever I need it to be.... I find that when I draw small it looks like shit but maybe I'll try it.

Yes actually these are helping, although its all frustrating me :) I'll hopefully be posting the finished animation soon.

well I've atempted the drawing of the gun but I have failed I can't seem to get the arms to look right as they come forward w/ the gun... Its realy pissing me off... I realy need this to work.
