All those cameos made me dizzy and we *are* the King, aren't we? Shouldn't we make sure those Guild Heads have a good opinion about their ruler? So:

Fun Fact: "Satinav" is Vanitas backwards. Visibility Vanitas is the vanilla spell for invisibility in the dark Eye RPG. See, I AM a geek.

I shall play and love the hell out of this! Looks scrumptious!

Suuuu-weet! Looks good and may actually make me learn a little LUA.

That's a lot of quality games for a really, really reasonable price. I strongly suggest anyone shells out the extra 6 bucks; Chains of Satinav alone is worth that and the original Deponia is a glistening nugget of gaming gold.

This is a shot into the dark, since I never tested it, but would the (infamous) Windows Save-Point feature allow him to return to an uncorrupted (if outdated) version of the game? Does this thing actually work (that way)?

Edit:

No, sorry. I read up on it and apparently you can only undo installs (and even that does not always work, or appears to work very clean at all). Documents, and I think that is what AGS game files are treated as, remain unchanged.

Movember is all around for several years now  (nod)
Well, okay - not in Germany, but there are a real lot of people in a lot of countries that do campaigns.

Yes, okay, but I LIVE in Germany. And I can't go to other contries, they never let my beard in!

thanks, I've wanted to take part in a MAGS for ages, even though I think the idea of making an adventure game in a single month is complete madness. :-)
Madness??

I get the feeling we'll never get tired of the silly "Sparta from 300" joke.

Actually, I've gotten tired of these Sparta jokes. This is what I feel inclined to do, whenever I hear a Sparta joke these days:

General Discussion / Re: How to vote?
Thu 07/11/2013 03:53:56
MAGS is a competition that has its own page: http://www.mags-competition.info/
Since MAGS games are part of a friendly competition they can be voted for, on the MAGS page, in order to win. The winner gets a fuzzy warm feeling all over, and maybe a cookie.

The AGS Database, as Baron has already mentioned, can be found here: http://www.adventuregamestudio.co.uk/site/games/
Each game that is entered in the database allows you detailed feedback, and you can also comment on games.

Usually a MAGS game will also end up in the database. But voting for the same game on one page doesn't affect the other. A MAGS game can win the competition and still fail to make it big in the database.

You discover a most well-mannered, bemonocled SPORE relaxing in its comfy mould-chair. Look, it's waving! It LIKES you!

You are its DADDY!

What the... 8-0 I'll get my brown pants now, yes? And make some coffee so I won't have to go to SLEEP.

This is (still) looking awesome. Creepy and cheerful at the same time. I really hope you get this game done, the premise is awesome.

That must've been the most adorable party ever. Great to see something like that!

"You just might discover a lot of great games that were swept aside long ago. And best of all, you already own them!"

That sold me. I shall set up an account there!
