Ha ha, thanks, I thought that all those krazy greeks and latinspeople ran around in Levis jeans! Lol, how stupid of me.
I should always check stuff in google before posting, but sometimes I'm just to lazy.  :-[

Sorry to those who got misinformed.

Thanks to people who liked my narration.
It was a lot of fun recording it, although my throat felt sore at times ;)

Some had different opinions:
QuoteYeah, the voice acting is REALLY EXCELLENT...NOT!

I'd say it rivals Drascula for poor voice acting, especially the narrator.
Does that guy even speak English or did someone transliterate the lines into
some weird eastern european language?
Heh!
I guess the english philology teachers at my Uni should read it and reconsider (although I never had good grades in "Oral Skills" class) ;)

I played this a long time ago, it was cool in this bad-ass kind of way. Also, you could get doped. It left me with nice memories.

I'm thinking of doing a game based on the Exorcist, after I finish Donna, that is.
Of course, I don't want to follow the movie in any way, just steal some ideas and make the main char an exorcist priest - combined with the priest from the Night of the Iguana.
There's no better main character than a smoking, life-weary priest - after a lesbian vampire, of course.

Which reminds me how I love the sense of humour of the ancients.
Take Aristophanes, the greatest comedy writer of ancient Greece, the full-fledged classic.
I especially remember one immortal one-liner which goes something like:
"He is coming this way!"
"We will poop into his mouth!"
Ha ha ha ha ha!!!
There's also a cool latin joke about Diogenes meeting a young nude man who was asleep on a meadow.
"Be careful, young one", said Diogenes, "so that nobody will insert a spear from behind!"
I guess ye olde ones laughed so hard that their pants got soyled.

Hey hey hey, you'd better check the "thanks" section of the editor's "readme" file!
Gilbot is everywhere.

Ha! And here we have a countryman of the "Kingdom" series' maker complaining about ending ;)

Thanks to some ranting by Naranjas (tm) I never bought the game, but I'm thinking about the company's second brainchild, Post Mortem.
Have any of you played it?

russia...they opposed the war, and their military history is almost as sorry as the french

You're so very right. Their military history, like winning the second world war - ever heard of Stalingrad? - is absolutely sorry, compared to the Bravery of Being Out of Range, which is a tactics employed only by valiant countries.

Quote..plus, what has russia done for america?

Considering that most great men of America were emigrants or children of emigrants, the question of "doing" and "giving" is slightly out of place, in my opinion.

Do I sense another blockbuster since Grundislav's "Porn Quest" masterpiece?

...which is a good and entertaining past-time, there are, however, people who have almost no time for actually MAKING the game, and one of them is me.

Besides, I believe in inspiration.
AGSers, I laugh at your plans, notes, diagrams, schemes, blueprints, design documents, character sheets, dialogue trees!
I fly on the wind sent by the snow-white wings of my lofty-busted Muse!
Of course, you have to wait a little for results.

Aye, Squinky.
I try to spread this idea among the receivers of all kinds of AMAteur/independent art.
Seen a play by a small street theatre which you enjoyed a lot?
Find them on the net and write them an e-mail.
Or better yet approach them after the show with words of praise and cries of extasy.
From experience, the individual words of praise from unknown individuals (no, not the "you have nice bum" ones) mean much, much more than praise/attack of some impotent, boring critics.

Somehow I cannot imagine a pandemonium shadowshow.
I cannot get rid of the impression that pandemonium involves lots of fire, explosions, satanic roars and pools of boiling blood.
And Shadow-shows are too wimpy - okay, subtle - for pandemoniums.

I have an OCD when I have to touch my penis when I watch porno movies.

Just if anybody thinks that I don't deliver when somebody asks for help, I just translated it for M0ds on mIrc.
There.
I'm not so mean as some people think.

"Weird and funny narrator"???
That's not the way to speak about a proud member of Arthouse Intelligentsia Designers, damnit!
;)
Congrats, Mike!

Have you tried Alltheweb or Lycos?
If so, then maybe somebody has lied to me. Damn, all this crazy laughter for nothing!
