The "Grokie" way of doing things doesn't seem to always appeal to everyone (but then again what does?), so anyway it is always nice to hear from someone that likes some aspect of it.

Good story. Well told. Maybe not so much game element. More of a interactive story.
But I liked it a lot.

My vote goes to .....the graveyard.

There are no lizard overlords.

I had already planed to use a character known for the catch phrase "You're fired" in the the episode of Space Rangers under work.
When that some one got himself elected I just had to make a comic strip of one of the planed options in the upcoming game.


(I hope including this in two different threads is not a no-no.)

I'm not American. I don't live in America. I had no vote to give. If I had had one, I wouldn't have wanted to vote for either of the two main candidates, but one candidate is completely unthinkable and the other one is just quit bad, in my opinion.  But as I said, not my call to make.

We live in interesting times as the old Chinese curse goes ("May you live during interesting times.").

Our research team is looking into the deepest dustiest vaults of Neubilia Prime. They are coming up with some fantastic stuff on the supposedly lost episode 52 of Space Rangers S.O.B. It looks like we are going to be able to recreate that episode.

There is one possible ending for the game that I wonder if someone has played and what, in that case, your reaction to it was.

In the Wyrm Cave you get the offer to take the miners and soldiers and leave the planetoid and the Wyrms alone.
If you accept the offer

you get the lost people back, leave the planetoid and have successfully (but not with a top score) finished the game. During the debriefing however

you learn that the federation has not honored the agreement and has blown up the planetoid, killing the Wyrm in the process.

No. There is not a certain order.
The Wyrm (not worm) will either dislike, be neutral or really like an item.
If you feed it a "really liked item" on the first go, that's all it takes.
The problem is that you do not know what the Wyrm will like or dislike or if it's likes and dislikes will be the same at different times.
This is not a situation where you have enough information to figure out the right answer. This is a situation where you just have to take your chances.
