A few more shades of grey might not hurt, but be sure not to over do it. If I may make one minor suggestion, I don't really like how the print around the main article in the newspaper is blurred out. I agree that something should be done to remove attention from it, but to me, it gave the opposite affect. Anyway, if that's my only complaint, it looks like this will be pretty amazing.

Wait a second, so this thread ISN'T about Counting Crows ;)?

Actually, that's pretty awesome. We've found him, now we can stalk him.

Is the game entirely in black and white? That's such an awesome idea, I can't believe I never thought of it!

I'd like to test if there are still spots open.

I used the trial version a while back and it worked okay. From time to time, I'd lose connection and need to reconnect, but it worked. My intent was to be able to use it to access the BBC iPlayer (I live in America.) It got done what I needed.

As far as protecting you from hackers, all I can say is "fat chance."

I have found that using a proxy is a much better way of accessing the iPlayer. There are a number of free sites out there. Personally I'd use them over the pay alternatives...

You actually found some proxy sites that work with iPlayer? I spent hours and couldn't find ANY! Which ones did you find? By the way, no I use FoxyProxy.

This can only mean one thing: dbuske is Weird Al Yankovic!! :o

This game is obviously a autobiography, based entirely on a true story!! :D

So dbuske/Weird Al, will this game include your adventures with Elmo? I've only heard rumours, but supposedly the two of you are great friends, right? Man, I can't wait to hear about all your adventures!!!

Who knew that dbuske was Weird Al. Oh man, this is the greatest news the AGS community has ever had. Even better than that short stint that Steve Carrel spent here!

I'm going to have to disagree on that part. Nothing tops Steve Carrel's visit. This comes close, but it's not quite there.

In all fairness to dbuske, I actually like the art style. It's very Monty Python-like.

Please, for the love of God, can someone record this for me? I really want to hear it, but am not an XM subscriber. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE! I would be so indebted to anyone who can help! http://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=168907016505468. Warning: I am not responsible for the potential awesomeness of this concert.

At the risk of another tantrum, wrong place, and even if it was in the right place, it would still be wrong.

At least it's not another "Icey" masterpiece ;).

It's pretty difficult to get a voice command system that works at the best of times.

Accents, inflection, tempo....so many variables.

XBox off. Xbox...off. XBOX...OFF!

Actually, I'd have to disagree. Couldn't you just rain your microphone?

It's not got anything to do with viruses (I don't think). What you mention happens often enough to me from people who use hotmail (:P). It's simply a matter of their password being compromised (they chose a very simply password easy to guess, or they entered their password somewhere stupidly and gave it away, or...something.

Simplest thing is just to change your password.

Don't you think that the fact that suddenly, a bunch of people are coming forward claiming that their Gmail accounts have been compromised is at all significant? I can tell you that my password wasn't easy to guess. I'm sure that many other people who've had this issue also have good passwords.

I don't know if it was from China, but a week ago from today, my Gmail was also compromised. A few people in my contact list received links to a malicious site. I mentioned this to someone a few days ago. He said that I was like the fifth or sixth person to tell him that within a few days.

After I became aware that my email was hacked, I ran AVG and Malwarebytes, and they both came up negative. My computer's not been acting strange, and my email hasn't been compromised since last Sunday. I think we can rule viruses out.

I'm impressed that you guys are reporting success in streaming video via a proxy, I've never been able to do that at a watchable pace (trying to access Hulu from the UK...).

I've never streamed video from the BBC iPlayer. I've only downloaded it, and connected via proxy so than WMP could obtain the license to play it. When I last did this using FoxyProxy, I averaged about 120 kbs download per second.

I use Stealthy. It's a bit slow but lets me watch most of the youtube vids that are blocked otherwise.

Khris, how does Stealthy compare to FoxyProxy?

My mistake. I didn't use Hide My IP. I used Easy Hide IP http://www.easy-hide-ip.com/.

Does this slow down your connection speed, though, then? Because grim's idea appeals to me. TAKE THAT, HULU! :D

If you're just using it for Hulu, you may be able to get off with a free proxy. Try this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3kaeu9AX5EU. I've been using it the last few days to watch the BBC iPlayer. You may need to try a bunch of different proxies before you get a working one, or you may be lucky and get it first attempt. I don't know what's up with the "Reliability" field, because it's not been accurate for me.

I don't want to divert everyone's attention from the last question asked, but I've also got one. Although I've been a member of this community for a while now, I must admit that I have never played an AGS game (save for a few Indiana Jones and other misc. demos.) So, now that the summer is coming up, I figure it's time I actually sit down and play a game. I have high demands for games, so I hope someone can help me find what I'm looking for.

I want a full length game with good artwork (LucasArts-esque or better) and voice acting. Also, it must be free. Does anyone have any suggestions for such games? Thanks.

After the events that took place in OSD2 Dennis found a way to go back in time to see if his time traveling powers work.

Dammit! You ruined the ending to OSD2! Now I can't play it...

ProgZmax, if I may quote Spinal Tap:

David St. Hubbins: It's such a fine line between stupid, and uh...
Nigel Tufnel: Clever.
David St. Hubbins: Yeah, and clever.
