I'm starting this topic out of pure interest. I was wondering what colour do you think of when you see the number 4. That is, I want you to think of a colour that fits number four. The interest started because Both I and my sister think of:

Hello, peasant! Since this critics loung covers other than just adventure games, then I hope you don't mind critsicing my lates animation, the knight who screamed/laughed/roared, haven't decided.

Anyway, here goes. the gif program seems to leave 2 stray pixels after the mouth narrows and it messes up the colours in his face.

Photoshopping isn't drawing a completely new image -- It's editing images to create a new image, such as editing one image or combining several images.

Also, you don't have to specifically use Photoshop -- Paint Shop Pro, MSPaint, or any other programs can be used.

Hi, this is me, again. I just got myself Amiga Forever, and life has not been this good for some time now.
Ever since my amiga 1500 broke down, I was sad. I never got a new one, and since I grew up with these wonderfull machines,
then I guess I've always had a facination for these things. Now, to my point. How many of you have had an Amiga, or have had any
earth-shattering experiences like I me.

I was wondering, for test purpses, how I make the edges scroll when I move my mouse near the edge. I'm trying to do a game with a panoramic view by using edge scrolling and looping to make it seem more 3d-ish. it will most probably stay to a one room game, because I do not know how to make panoramic images. I only have one image which I got from Panoviewer

I was going to draw him another hand, but I couldn't get it right, so he'll just have to use a hook temporarily. If someone could please tell or show me how to draw hands, I'd appreciate it...

P.S: No shading has yet been applied because of it making animating harder

I made a few sprites, named them walkleft1, walkleft2, walkleft3 etc... I couldn't find my gifmaker so I decided to import them and preview them in Macromedia Flash. I clicked to import walkleft1, and it prompted: "This image seems to be part of a sequence, Import whole sequence?". Now wouldn't it be nice if AGS prompted for that?

Has this been added to 2.61?

I think this'd save my hand alot of pain when importing long sprite-sequences.

Anyways, the new theme will be about YOU. If you have a mic, it helps. You have to make a song with all the sounds your mouth can produce. The music style can be any type you want. hell, remake some symphony by mozart, do a techno song, I don't care. You're EVEN allowed to sing!

HI!

Pardon me for disturbing you. but I have a character for you to Criti and hate. It's for a game I don't think I'll ever finish due to lack of motivation.

I was thinking it'd be a game about a raver. I still don't have a plot, But I'm working on it.

This is ALSO my first attempt at shading a character, so Give me advice on that subject too.


P.S: I'll TRY to make a walking animation for him, but It'll probaböy make me give up on the game

I'd like some comments on my BG's. The coloring can be edited, but Weird=Me. The shadings etc. I need work on. I think the images look... Well, empty!
I think I need to add something, but I don't know what! also. What color should the mask be if I import a walkbehind mask for that plant in the first one?

What's your deepest philosophical (I have no idea how it's spelled) though?

I mean, do you sometimes start thinking about something and then realize it might not BE so?

One of my biggest thoughts (up to now), is:
I once read that the universe will never end. Since all the suns will die and turn into black holes that suck everything into themselves, they will suck black holes into black holes. Soon everything is just one big pile of mass in a looong time. Then it will explode into a thing we call big bang (, at least that's what they said in the magazine).
Now I wonder... If that is true and will happen, Then HOW many times has it allready happened? What if creatures looking like humans existed 74 000 000 000 big bangs ago? How many big bangs have gone by? I'm frustrated to not have an answer!

How do I make time-outs (or whatever they're called)?

For instance, I press the self-destruction button and a puzzle needs to be solved in... say 60 seconds or the ship blows up? Can it be made to work through several rooms?
