I found this to be easily the most boring and lackluster of the Python films.  My favorite remains Holy Grail with Meaning of Life a close second.  I can't even sit through this without falling asleep or turning it off.  Hell, even Jabberwocky is more fun and that wasn't even an official Python film (and has tons of slow/boring parts).
