Thats just stupid, if you haven't got two monitors you shouldn't even have the program. i mean i'm like a pro at it because not only am i an extreemly tallented artist but i'm excellent when it come to anything computers hense my first time passing of the ags test! anyways i'd like to say i think your doing a really great job in the way of effort and stuff but if you haven't read C basic, i mean the whole way through you should go back to using Lynex :D

You probably shouldn't post such a condescending and self complimentary thing as your first post.  "I'm an extremely talented artist but excellent when it comes to anything computers" is an extremely stupid thing to say--You have to at least try to be a bit humble about the work you do.   Like Ismael said, who are you?

And thank you, danclarke, I just got photoshop 12:00 AM today... so this is going to come in handy  ;)

I think the second one would look better if all those little red pixel men were doing stuff aside from just standing there--Working on some cliched Adventure Game puzzles perhaps?  Just a suggestion.

Then we might as well just play MSpaint game.  The problem with this idea is, no one will see the previous images since the only place they are is in the PMs.  We couldn't have it on a forum, cause that would kill the whole point of someone making a new picture based on the caption in the previous one.

Goose Quest.  Not Goose Quest 1, but Goose Quest.  The goose sprite was a picture I found on google with a mspaint drawn cape.  The houses were all huts found on google as well, and all backrounds were stolen from QFGIV, with an intro screen stolen from... QFGV!  There were absolutely no puzzles but you could talk to a duck and recieve an old dinasaur bone... picture stolen, courtesy of google.com.  I don't have anything left from that game since I turned my old crappy computer into the best one in the house.

I wasn't even part of the community when I made this.  I lost my password to Lord_Nipper, which stopped me from wasting any time posting on these forums.

I have a question about how we should present the sprite... Should it be two sprites, one dead person and the other the "bad kharmic revival"?  Or just the revival sprite with a description after it?

I thought I could fly, after attempting to make a goose flight animation.  Then, after a few days, I realized I really could fly!

Sometimes I try to copy-paste drawings I do.  And I sometimes attempt to type out essays I have to write by hand.  Not as bad as you.  You're all insane.  Right shiny elves?

I would take part in this, but I'll probably never be here on the weekends, which will lose my spot and hold the game up... sorry.

The young man in the animation (who I assume is Alexander) looks like a stock "realistic" anime character to me.

Obviously I'm making assumptions -- that's what I mean by, "I assume" -- and you're welcome to try to track down more to the story.  But the ousted writer came up with the title, which is pretty campy, and if you look at older screenshots they look a lot less serious.  It's hard to imagine what the change of direction could have been, if not from a fairy tale to a melodrama.  Do you have a better guess at it?

He wanted to know if you had any fact behind your assumptions, not weather or not you were making them.  I want to know where on the forums you found any of the plot and deemed it highly influenced by anime & japanese RPGs.

And some of the most serious scenes can take themselves lightly, and not make it an "epic melodrama" or a "campy humor".
**trying really, really hard not to quote QFG**

Oy... I do this every week... sorry.  I'm just gonna stop posting on the weekends, too damned tired from working... I know I overreacted.

Go to hell, asshole.  I didn't even read his post entirely-I just decided that if it gets to the point of 500 word answers to my post it will only escilate, and I don't want to be stupid and make enemies through polotics.  But if you wanna believe something, go ahead.  Just don't be a dick.

EDIT: This happened to me before, by the way.  Discussing polotics with other people.  I played WC and it happened, the only thing it resulted in was me and some other guy getting booted from a game.  On the hero6 forums it ended with me getting yelled at by a moderator.  It never ends well like this, because our ideals will not be changed by people we don't know in countries and states far away.  So just let it be.

I'm not going to bother debating.  You're mind is set, and discussing this with you is not going to change you're mind.  There's a time and a place, and I don't know enough to even bother talking to you.  So remove your "the war in iraq" from the thread, and let's all sing happy birthday  :)

The world isn't going to end until the sun engulfs it in a few million years... sorry to dissapoint you.

400 children died?  Damn.  It's sad...  More than 1000?  From an earthquake?

We have more than enough troops to go through the war without needing a draft, Raggit.  What do the newspapers say--somewhere around 1,000 dead troops?  That's nothing close to any of the last major wars we had, thank god.  Even so, there's not that much fighting going on at the moment either.  Every few weeks some dumbass suicide bomber tries something and fails, that's about it.

The only problem is that it costs $55.  So if you have the money, and the skills to make something that could earn it back, then it's worth it.

Oh... in that case, i think the window looks a bit too long.  But looking closer this time (and not under the influence of 8 hours of work & coca-cola) I see what you mean.

Someone was IM-ing my brother about how he's 26 and making his own program like RC but 10x better... so yea, look out for someone named "Locust", or something like that...

I just want to point out that RC is made by solstar, and Locust is one man.  Probably just some 12 year old talking himself up.

But then again, this will also produce some cheap alternatives to EQ, as well as some original ( :o) ideas.

Duck-ish?  Hmm...

I looked up a picture of a goose, which has a black beak and black feet.  I changed the colors to try it out, but it just didn't look right...
