it works fine unfortunately the Google translator is limited to 3000 characters, :
so you would have to enter it piecewise, copy it over to the Editor, then paste in new german text and so on...

Here's what I get ( German first, English second) :
Als Fred gehen wir zuerst vor den Geldspeicher und erfahren dort, dass viele Leute bereits warten und Geld wollen. Wir reden mit allen über alles mögliche, verabschieden uns dann und gehen nach links hinter den Geldspeicher. Dort sehen wir einen Riss. und Ein Fallrohr mit einer Pfütze. Der Riss deutet auf eine schlechte Bausubstanz hin, was uns Fred auch sagt, wenn wir ihn den Riss anschauen lassen.
Weiter links im Bild finden wir wieder den Alki. Wir reden mit ihm, da wir die Schnapsflasche nicht nehmen können. Er will mit ihr einen Schnapsbaum züchten.
Wir gehen wieder nach vorne und schauen uns den Clown noch einmal genauer an. Hat der nicht einen wunderschönen Ballon? Lassen wir ihn doch platzen. Mit der Spritze. Prima, der Clown verschwindet. Noch vier übrig. Daher gehen wir wieder zur Straße zurück, nehmen die Zeitung aus dem Briefkasten, die Plakate vom Edesl (evtl. Kofferraum schließen).
Now the translation :
As Fred, we first go to the money store and find out that many people are already waiting and wanting money. We talk to everyone about everything, then say goodbye and go to the left behind the money store. We see a crack there. and a down pipe with a puddle. The crack indicates a bad building structure, which Fred also tells us if we let him look at the crack.
Further left in the picture we find the Alki. We talk to him because we cannot take the bottle of schnapps. He wants to grow a schnapps tree with her.
We go forward again and take a closer look at the clown. Doesn't he have a beautiful balloon? Let’s burst it. With the syringe. Great, the clown disappears. Four more left. So we go back to the street, take the newspaper from the mailbox, the posters from the Edesl (possibly closing the trunk).

in case you are still interested in playing the game
I tried to put myself into your situation and this is how I solved it:
Downlod the PDF and go to Episode 100
1) mark the text witch your mouse and copy it to the clipboard
2) open Google and search german - english
3) Copy the contents of the clipboard into the window for german text
4) Copy the contents of the english window into the clipboard
5) Save the contents of the clipboard into a text file using Notepad or another Editor

It was easy

The first two are obtained by looking at the board in the kitchen
You get the second two by solving the slider puzzle
You have to solve it,  it's pretty much straight forward,
just look at the hebrew numerals in the book to learn the
numbers from 1 to 9
the order to arrange the sliders is 1 on the top left to 9 on the bottom right
It's best to make a little sketch
