So this is basically the same game as the original, but you don't use the parser, just click on hotspots?

The most controversial change to me is the removal of all references to the infamous Zombie Cow. The poor animal's involvement isn't mentioned even in the credits.

If you've got the game on Steam, the update is applied automatically. If you own it "off the database", you need to pay what you want for the SE.

I love the title - somehow immediately grabbed my attention.

But maybe that's some kind of idiom I never heard about?

If I remember correctly Treasure Island was the template for all subsequent pirate themed fiction and pirate characters. We should ask R. L. Stevenson where did he get his ideas for pirate mannerisms.

Maybe he just made everything up?
