I like it! Very interesting- it looks very similar to SNES RPGs. I didn't finish it yet, but i sure will :)

Just one suggestion: since it resembels RPGs so much, it would be good idea, if there would be only one cursor for all the actions (instead of Sierra GUI). I think it would be easier to play.

I guess that's the true secret of Monkey Island then  :P

I don't really know if that's the problem, but "*.001" usually means that archive is separated in more files. For example: Monkey.arj, Monkey.001, Monkey.002....
So, if you want to open Monkey.001, you'll need Monkey.arj (or zip, or rar...) first.

Fantastic! Love the graphic style and game looks like a lot of fun (haven't play very much yet) :)

Noone's mentioned "Search for Sanity"
I did :) Btw, is "Lou Marlou" still in work? I remember playing the demo almost a year ago and thinking "Holly crap! You can do THIS in AGS?!". Certainly one of the games that convinced me to switch from MMF.
However, i didn't heard anything about it since then (i can't even find game's web site)...

Las Naranjas, good thing to remid us about Donna! I'm looking forward to this game very much too.

Also, additionaly to all the games you mentioned, i'm waiting for Danny's Gothic and Funkyduck's Search for Sanity ( HERE ).
There's more, but i can't remember right now.

There are also 2 very promissing non AGS games: Bad Timing and The Breakdown. Both looking very good.

If the rest of the game is this good, I won't mind waiting seven more years ;)
Don't give him some bad ideas ;)
Fantastic work Eric! Very good animations (the cinematic style reminded me on Full Throttle) and funny plot... another game that goes on my "i can't wait!" list.
Bravo!

Downloaded and play through the demo (as much as it's playable) and must say i'm really impressed! Amazing graphics (completely adore your style- it's very warm and sweet), great animations (except maybe for walking of the main character- it would be good to add additional frame or two there) and it's very funny!

One of the most awaited games for me!

Wow! This looks so very promising! I'll download demo right away.

Love your style!

Woh! Absolutely gorgeous- this looks completely Clickteam-like (as a matter of fact, if i wouldn't know it was made in AGS, i would have thought it's from MMF or something)! And pixels are so sweet they made me want to try myself in pixel drawing too...

Btw, can i call you scripting god now? ;)

Great work Danny! Just finished the game and i loved every bit of it- beautiful to look at, atmospheric to listen to and funny to play. And no, grammar did not bother me (could be, because my grammar is even worse ;)).

Two thumbs up for this one and i can't wait to play your second game!

Oh, and Spyros- i think he is ready to join you in GAC :)

No, no- the game was great! Maybe a few more hints would be appreciated, but otherwise i enjoyed it very much (still, a walkthrough somewhere on your site is a must (for impatient little brats like me ;) )).

>>>woah wait, you finished the game by just shooting randomly?<<<
Yeah, i try to shoot around a couple of times and i guess i was lucky (i didn't succeed later as i try it again though).

Ah, thanks a lot Esseb!
After randomly shooting around, i somehow managed to finish the game. Still, i'm sure there was some trick (or some hint) to find out where the sniper is hiding in the last shooting sequence. I'm really interested to hear what was it? :)

Ups, forgot to say i already did that.

There's a red box in a room and i guess i have to open it somehow. Still- i can't pick the box with plank&nail, neither with gun...

A few months after downloading this game, i'm still stuck as fat Santa in too tight chimney.

I have: plank with nail and a gun... and no idea what to do now.

Oh, and only post a straight solution, no "hints"... I would just like to finnish this freaking game (which is great, btw.)

Very enjoyable game indeed.
#476
Squinky- that was really entertaining. It almost made me think it was made with MMF... very different from what you expect out of AGS. Congrats.
Just a little suggestion: i'm not sure if it's possible... but could you code main character so it would only walk while the direction buttons would be pressed?
#477
Visti: appreciate it!
And as a fan of Samantha Fox's... things... i'm flattered someone compare my graphic to those two big... natural... pieces of art ;)
#478
Butcher- thanks ;D
PD was really just a short testing game for me to get used to AGS... and that's all. Ignac2 is where all the really hard work goes ;)

Oh, and i'll stick with AGS. It rocks!
