Hey so I am offering my graphics skills to the community. I've got some experience making games, been part of a team for a MAGS game and I've also made a small demo game, but what I am really offering is my ideas, enthusiasm and time.

Examples of my work:

I want to be part of a small project ideally and something low-res.

PM me

Now Lock!

I just disabled the touchcheck and it is working fine now. I'm sure I was playing with all the sliders before, but I never noticed the enable/disable check box. Cheers mate  ;D

Inspiron 1764, does that help?

Dualnames, I own a wireless mouse and it still has the same problem...
I've looked through all my settings and updated the drivers and still the same issue. I don't understand why Dell thought it was a good idea to make this as standard on my latop.

General Discussion / Mouse and Keyboard help.
Sat 11/09/2010 20:04:19
Ok I'm sorry for posting this here, but I have been doing a few google searches and nothing has given me as solution. My problem is that after I press a key on my keyboard there is a 1-2 second delay for my mouse to be active again, basically my mouse lags. Normally you don't notice it, but when I play a game where I need to use the keyboard and the mouse together it is near impossible to play. It is a new laptop with windows 7 so I dunno if it is some kind of new settings or something, but I've played with everything and nothing has worked. So anyone have any suggestions?

What happened to your version of the characters, Dave?  I can remember a very rough Joey sprite you made  :=

Nice to see a timeline like this though.

Was that the first piece taken in the game? The white queen?

Maybe too many cooks do spoil the broth.

Oh god, I need to take a shower, this is far too exciting.

As much as I like this idea, I have doubts if we will see this ever being made. We still haven't accomplished updating the website yet, so something on this scale seems too much of a big step for the community. Although I don't want to sound pessimistic, I'm just trying to be realistic here.

@ Calin
That is why it is dangerous. Although 2 days is a lot different from a week :P
#114
This is a dangerous statement, but I'm in.

There is always that scene in Red Dwarf with Kryten's hand crawling up Lister's leg, although adventure games were just mentioned in general and not a specific game reference.

Yeah looking again he does look rather feminine like. I think it is his left leg that gives that impression. I'm trying to work on my general human forms, as they are one of my weakest areas in my drawing. As of the pressure sensitivity, I did draw the guy with it on originally, but then decided to use a hard outline to make it less washed out looking.

Thanks guys for your comments and sorry for the late reply, I've just got a new laptop so I'm in a kind of crossover period. So I haven't worked on that background since I posted. In the mean time I made this little fellow today. I pretty happy that I'm getting to grips with the tablet, 'cause this is very like how I draw normally. What do you guys think?

Trying something simple, but I'm already finding some trouble at getting what I want although I'm happy with the colours though. What do you guys think? I'm very open to suggestions.
