After trying for 2 hours, catching 4 non spotted ones then catching the correct ones but picking the wrong package I finally did it. Guess the pigs had pity on me.

Wretched Please, if you can, can u in the next version make this particular thing optional? I remember u made a few arcade-type scenes optional in "Where's M hat Ma".

This game certainly has a great replayability value and I dread doing that "piggy-struggle" yet again.

I've been trying & trying to catch those blasted pigs but can't. With great difficulty I got 4 but missed the spotty one! Is noone having the same problem? Or is it possible to skip this scene somehow.

How do I save my game during this time. Please help.

We were glued in front of the TV the whole day watching the news. Its the second major blast in the city. (The first one was in 1993). My family still lives there. I anxiously phoned them to see if they were ok. My nephew travels to college on the same train route. I thank God he wasn't hurt.

I started downloading the game. It was 60% done...then my computer crashed due to heat.  ( I think I live in the hottest city of the world) and I lost everything. Then I saw that Rapidsharing won't let me complete my continue download!!!

Its impossible. I know it seems like too much to ask for as I'm the only one but if u could upload the file in a place with a fixed url I'll be really grateful.

The game has crossed 3000 downloads in such a short time which means how good it is and also means nobody is facing the problem I'm facing.
Looks like I'll be missing on this really great game and am very frustrated. :'(

I really do want to play this game...but everytime I download with getright I get the message "this file does not support resuming" and after a while "the file was not at this url".

I have a pathetically slow dialup and its impossible for me to download such a large file without a download manager. The same thing happens when I use the mirror.

Any solutions? The game seems fantastic and I'm really frustrated as I'm not able to download it.Ã, 

Hey, congratulations Pjin on making such a great game. The graphics were divine. The music for planet dreina was especially good.

Toby is soo cute, though he seems a bit too "smitten' by his wife as he keeps asking everyone what they think of her.

The puzzles were just right. (Thanks for not keeping any misleading keys this time.Ã,  )

Really waiting like to see Toby and the others again in the sequel part 3!

Just finished it. Very nice "wintry" atmosphere created. Especially liked the startup screen where you can see the entire prologue( how the dragon came and ruined the village) in a small animation.

Wish it was longer with some spells & stuff.
Waiting for a sequel.

Hey, the game is fantastic!
A totally new concept about life after death. Loved the crazy character with the big eye.

I couldn't stop laughing whenever the 2 policemen appear and would restore again and again to try different dialogue options.

Please make a sequel soon. I want to know what happens to daylily after she has finished taking her nap.

But am I missing a walkable area in the folly? Everytime I go left or right I get the 'driving back to hotel' animation and I scream.

I really was getting angry but I still can't stop playing the game. Its really soo addictive

Hole in folly is at top centre of back of folly (black area). You can drop things into the hole. There are 4 endings.

Why can't I put the doll in the vacuum? I have already meddled with the screwdriver.

How do I access the second floor? Cacoe keeps saying "I'll come back later" seeing the Cleaning sign.

Opened the basement door with key. Discovered the machine. Don't knw how to use it. Opened the secret passage behind wine rack. Talked to the sister in the bar, in room 102, croquet field, swing & the cigarette girl. I have key to room 203 but alas I can't go there.

This is me. I'm decked up for a marriage party.

I started playing computer games after my college exams in 2001. I didn't know a thing about games before that (except the spelling).

Was led into Gamehippo.com Tried a couple of RPGs(hated many because I died to fast), discovered Rob Blanc series--the first adventure games I played(didn't know it was made using AGS then) I loved them. That led me to ambrosine.com & I found Pleurghburg. Played it & enjoyed it tremendously. Found out it was made using 'Adventure Game studio' & got to the site.

I played every game I could download. Visited the forums everytime I could get opportunity(sometimes hours at a day).

PS: I'm probably one of the older members here but I post very less and like to browse & read what others say. (My real life personality getting reflected here) so I'm probably still thought as a newbie.

I'd like to bring to your notice Jessica Plunkenstein and the Dusseldorf Conspiracy by Greg as the BEST AGS game of 2005

That game was the most hillarious full-length game with funny characters and witty dialogue not to mention spoofs. Especially in the intro.

Also the bespectacled Jessica can be nominated for Best Player Character

There were several characters(the matron, the champion guy, the llama) which could contend for Best Non-Player character'

Also Best Dialogue , Best Intro Scene, Best Joke , Best puzzles
Play the game. Maybe there are things I've skipped mention


Sorry Greg if I shouldn't be doing this. But your game deserves mention so much. It would be a shame if it does not get prize. So I'm posting this.

Very lovely and touching game. I kinda felt sad after playing it...sad for the old man. The songs were very nice too & added to the ambience especially "since you are gone..."

The character is real & it echoes the life of so many old people who have lost the past & don't have much to look forward to in the future.
