Sprites, backgrounds and characters can be drawn in almost all drawing programs: Paint, Photoshop, paintshop, Gimp, etc.


Also, to get people on your 'team', it helps if you have something to show allready: people will join you faster if they know you're a good artist, composer or coder.

Welcome Spyrewolf. May your games be plentiful and qualitiful (I just made a new word). I have no idea in which language kia ora means hello, but by pure coincidence (probably) kia ora hay means "what's happening" in urdu. By the way, not trying to be "moddish" but there IS a thread for introducing yourself.
On a side note, I find it kind of scary that there is a hello thread and a goodbye thread on the forums at the same time.

Not too to sound harsh or anything but read this quote from the homepage:

Strazer post was really clear: probably the filenames of the music files are too long. So tru too shorten them.

Just a tip:

If you're gonna make a new RON character, compare your character with some of the older RON characters.

Your picture is now: 213 pixels high, the most RON characters are about 80-90 pixels high as far as I know.

I vote for Anym. It's the only one that's really a background, my own one included.
