I think that it is now getting interesting in the Super8's, as now there are three teams which are vying for the final spot (as I think that SA, Aus and SL are through). New Zealand, West Indies and England are the teams I am refering too.

I eventually downloaded this, heres my advice. Don't.

I was really looking forward to this game and even after I spent forty-five minutes downloading the 400Mb game I didn't complain as I thought it would be worth the wait for a game I was looking forward too. I then downloaded and unzipped the files into the same folder, set up the game settings and tried to enjoy the game. Unfortunatly when I watched the introduction it was incredibly buggy, with the walk sequence stopping repeatedly for a period of ten seconds, then walking towards the desired location and stopping again. After five minutes of a stuttering walkcycle and travelling through pointless rooms (which could/should have been deleted to reduce the size), I finally made it to the location stated at the beggining of the introduction. The introduction then moves on, and with ten minutes gone I was getting frustrated, this game had promised me enjoyment which I had been waiting for since this topic was started, and it was not. I then finaly made it into a strange cave scene when an error was displayed, stating that my character was not in the room which I had seen him walk in, this was a bug which may not have been your fault, but it was simply not acceptable. How do you expect people to play and comment on your game when they can't even play it?
I advise that you redo the intro of this game, sort out the bugs in the walkcycle and any other bugs which may be present. If this happens then I and others can gladly give a positive comment about your game, rather than negative.

I like it, nice storyline.
Quote from: Bohnito on Wed 28/03/2007 17:07:32The story wouldn't be just about a band n stuff, its just the backround for a big conspiracy about THE END OF THE WORLD...

soooo. any predictions yet on who will win overall?

After Australia lost 5 on the trott, I thought that they would be low on confidence and low on runs. But they are now, proberly the best team in the world cup, with Matthew Hayden hitting 153 off 140 (still playing) and his second ODI hundred in a row. But my prediction would go to Sri Lanka.

Out of the super eights I think that these teams will qualify:

Australia
Sri Lanka
West Indies
South Africa

You can feel the emotion, time and effort put into this game, the ending was a real tear-jerking moment. *****

Well done Timosity!

With the SA Vs AUS match, they're always good for the neutral, with bucketloads of runs being scored.

It looks like India are out as well as Pakistan, with Bermuda 11-3 after 6 Overs.

I have no idea about Ireland, although the guy that scored a century for them, Jeremy Bray, is Australian

Yes, I heard that he went to Ireland as the best man for his mate's wedding (also in the Ireland team...also australian :)), met an Irish bird, got married and never went back! I think this is his only connection with Ireland.

BOB WOOLMER MURDERED!!!!

It's a shame as he was a nice bloke, apparently it was one of his closest friends.

I think that England should get through fine, although Kenya can be very good.

Hi, I would like to offer my services to all your game makers out there! I am willing to help out anyone's game, in dialogs, BETA-testing, Story writing and I would like to have a go at voice acting. I would preferably like to work on a small game to gain some experience, but as I said, I would just like to be a part of a game. My E-mail is Mounkey@hotmail.co.uk for anyone interested.

New Zealand have just finished their innings against Canada, they posted their highest ever score - 363-5 (top scorers were Lou Vincent with 101, Stephen Fleming hitting 66, and Brendon McCullum smashed the fastest ever World Cup fifty, off just 20 balls!).
Canada now have just started their innings and are steaming, with 98-1 off 15 overs.

I have to say that I didn't really like this game, as there were parts of it I didn't like. For example, when you go down the vent, it was hard to see, in my opinion, the pathway south. It was mainly little things like that which annoyed me, good luck with your next game.

It's starting to look good now, my only piece of advice would be to make the arms' a bit plumper. As he seems quite "big", his arms seem out of proportion in this aspect.

How can I use the 'Supergrow'? The walkthrough says use it on the vines, but this doesn't seem to work for me.
