The castle seems very flat. Doesn't seem to have any depth. I can see where you drew the two back towers, trying to give it some depth, but maybe draw the castle from a higher point of view, looking more into it, to from another angle, showing a side of the castle.

(or draw the two towers smaller and closer together..making them seem farther away, giving the appearence that the castle is wider. )


The second one with the tree,I LOVE! I love the stone also. The only thing I MIGHT be concerned with is the trail. Maybe blend the dots alittle more, making them...well..less dotty. Otherwise..Great Work!

When I read the first plot you made, I automatically thought "Mourir de Mer", Where the boy was trying to escape the attack from his abusive father. (very good game by the way..everyone should look into playing it!)

The second plot I like MUCH better. But maybe find a way to really twist it up a bit. Maybe have him wake up, and only his mother is missing, then people start dissapearing in his house. Or have him wake up and only his little sister (or brother or whatever..) is left.

Just some random idea's. Good luck on the game!

I'm excited about the new Ben Jordan, and Kings Quest 4 remake!

This looks very good! Great screenshots! I really like the style. Hopefully all goes well, and I can play it. 

I LOVED the "....Days A...." series! (including Tribly Notes) Each game has made me jump at least once. (I jumped most at Tribly notes and 6 days a Sacrifice)

For me, the best games are :
Kings Quest 6 - Everything about it I love. EVERYTHING. Zounds!!!

Monkey Island 2 and 3 - They are hilarious! Made me laugh all the way through.

Laura Bow 2 Dagger of Armon Ra - I dont want to talk too much about it. Dont want to give anything away for those who might plan to play it.
(by the way, anyone who HAS played it..feel free to i.m. me. I haven't been able to discuss the game with anyone! No one I know has played it before. =(

Maybe make the mouth white..instead of a yellow?

Only problem I saw~

Many people who like anime start drawing it, (and or copying it) and never really develope their own style.

I think she should try finding her own style, drawing the way she sees things, instead of how some anime artists do.

If that makes any sense.

Another game to add to my "must-play-when-finished" list. This actually made my jaw DROP! I can't wait!!

I grew up playing each Kings Quest game with my mother. (we didn't like 7 at all though..) We restarted the series , and we are now on four. I can't wait to show her all the new "re-made" Kings Quests! (Four was her favorite)

I just discovered the Ben Jordan series two weeks ago. I have played and beaten 4, 5, and 6. I really enjoy the characters, and the music in 6 was AMAZING. I actually just sat around and let the music play from the hotel in Greece. (or the bungalo)

I just downloaded the first Ben Jordan, and can't wait to play~
