What game is BS3?

This is the first time I've seen anyone with that bug! Out of interest did you have the game saved before you added the ingredients to the seawater? Because it sounds like you might have triggered another bug    Especially if you've done all that wondering around and he has turned up!
You could try going back to the ship and asking the pirate for the recipe again and then maybe looking at your mixture, or try giving it to the pirate and then back to the village. That may trigger Navy Joe into turning up. See, if that helps before restaring from your last save. By the way, remember the old adage - save often

You have to change the colour of the flower - since you can't take the mustard, try dunking your flower in it!

Also have you seen the 'animal' that you have to change into a dog - it's near to the lake. Walk down to the end of the path and go left!

Have you tried going west, just above the woman's house? You may need to pixel hunt a bit!

You should find a crate between the cactus and mine - see if you can open it. There should be an item that you can use on something in the distillery place

Code to open the door! I know that the poem is meant to be a guide - but I've tried; crescent moon - light of the night,  shield and sword- prepare for a fight, star - new star will rise, table - table will be turned. Gets me nowhere.

I've tried all sorts of variations with the cabbage head, feather and lemon peel, but nothing works. How can I make the cabbage head royal? Also do I need to have this done before I make the invisibility spell?

Have you tried going into the dojo? I think you can go into the first part of it, where the leaflets are.
