Interesting thread we've got here....I do CERTAINLY prefer to play a demo before the release of most COMMERCIAL games however if the game is freeware, often times I will wait until the full version is released (as to not get myself too excited and then have to wait till (if ever) the game is done).

Sorry you didn't get any of the AGS Awards Grim (I have a feeling the timing of the released played into that among other things (such as Resonance existing LOL)). I will do my best to promote and share the greenlight information as I still the TCL was a great game and I'm proud to be a (small) part of it.

Amazing Graphics, I must say...wow. This looks very promising!

I've PERSONALLY never had a problem with an independent developer selling ANY of their games so long as the price = the quality & effort put into the game. If the game is $1 it will probably (and should be) a shorter, less deep experience. Adversely, if the game is $5-10 it should be full length, deeper and offer a longer lasting experience than the previous.

Just my opinion.

AGA if your game wins an award in a particular category that you influenced (such as backgrounds or VA), would your profile then be eligible for a cool, blinky shiny thing (even if you're not the first credited name)?

I played the demo well before I was involved in this project in any way and it's pretty awesome, I must admit. I love the custom SCUMM interface, it adds a cool new dimension to a classic system! Can't wait to play more of it!

Early as it is, a new website! (Or the early stages of one, at least!) Bookmark the URL, tis where you'll be able to get the game in the end of time I mean, within fairly soon time. Like 9 months or so. Right Dave?

Rem, I think you could work really well with others just in my short dealings with you (testing and voicing in The Cat Lady). I'm not entirely sure I can offer you something you can't already do on your own since I am not the best animator, artist or programmer but if you ever need anything let me know. I'd love to work for/with Harvester again in the future.

Great, those stark locations will be cool I think, the demo gives you a good sense of exploring the insides of places but those look like significant exterior scenes. Yay Captain duh-saster!

Congrats to everyone involved, I can't express how happy I am to see this completed and it is worth every single penny in download. DO YOURSELVES A FAVOUR AND DOWNLOAD THIS GAME NOW! Good luck sleeping afterwards though...

DOH! I didn't know there was a 3rd screen to the right on the roof, the ledge was so narrow and I never walked all the way to the right!!!

Is CD looking for possible artists too?

Just saw the doctor running tests on the other Alien agent. All I have is a bottle of pills and I've tried every combination I can think of!! I suck needing a hint so early lol
