There's a broken door handle on the floor where you killed the producer.  Pick up the handle and use it on the hole in the outside ledge, then use your rope on that now stationary handle. Now all you need to do is interact with the rope and watch the final cutscene.

After going in the "restricted" room, use the guy's nose ring on the back of the desk.  Inside the desk you should find a knife.  Use the knife to saw the broom.

To open the massive door you need a key but to get the key you need to make Balboa leave his office.  Try using something located in the lobby area to distract him so you can take the key without his knowledge.

There's actually a place on that site for donating real money but the "click once a day" thing is kind of strange.

Sounds really interesting.  I'll definitely review it if you put it on your site.  Where'd you come up with the idea for different styles?

In general:  Explore everywhere.  Look at everything.  Click everything that's clickable.  That's about all you can do until you figure out the role you're trying to portray in the game.  Good luck in your next few games.
