Fantastic game again.... as usual.

Two things I noticed (I can start a list with all the great things I see and hear like voice acting, characters, music tracks, cursors, backgrounds, witty dialogs etc) that weren't quite right...

1: When you stop the radio at any spot, the track really stops... and continues where you stopped. When I turn the radio off at home, I miss half the show.. 
2: I found a typo (sorry) but won't bother you with it, unless you really want.

Looking to buy "I have no mouth and I must scream", if it's possible via download: Ellison sells it on his website, but not in a downloadable form.

You didn't say where it should go to 
I did find it as a torrent but I'm sure it's not in agreement with the producer 

You can still buy it from the official website...

I think it's either:

a: the same as with the bins
b: not the attractor you're looking for

You 'lose' the screwdriver after fixing the attractor next to the church so my guess it's done right. I have a feeling you just missed a switch somewhere.

Can you send me your most recent savegame so I can see what has happened?

[update] I reproduced your problem and I'm afraid you need to restore/restart. It is indeed a bug.
Here's how:
-Place the attractor on the dirt (lose attractor from inventory)
-Use the screwdriver to undo the cable (lose screwdriver from inventory)
-Leave the scene (add attractor back to inventory...... BUT NOT THE SCREWDRIVER!)

Next time you visit the scene, the cable is automatically attached to the grounding rod which you can't take off anymore.

I think he's referring to the basement under Harrison's house. On the left there's a diagram on the table. You need to put a battery there...

Leave the diagram for now, concentrate on the doors first.

Look at the doors of the lighthouse and the silo and note the symbols.
You need to read the notebook! On one of the pages there's an explanation for the symbols:

The lighthouse needs a capacitor, the silo needs a resistor.

You can find these in the right bins on the worktop. But once they're out, you need to find the right one. There's information about this in the notebook as well.

For the resistor, look in book and find that you need 1,000 Ohm.

On the back wall you can find a chart that translates this number to colours and so you can find the right resistor:

1 = brown, 0 = black, 00 = red (two zero's)

Use that one on the door once the wind turbine is working and you can enter.

For the capacitor you should be able to read the labels on them to pick the right one, again with information from the notebook:

It's 470 micro Farad: the black/blue capacitor.

In my case F1 brings up a menu for Save/Load/Quit. Nothing to do with Win7.

In the maze there's also a key. You need to get it.

1: You can't. You have to fake it.

get an empty HONEYCOMB and south of the guard you can find a BOWL and a piece of CANDY. You need these to create your 'honey'.

Here's how to make it:

Take water from the pool with the bowl and dissolve the candy in it. Put the bowl on the apparatus to heat it and put the honeycomb in the bowl.

Not quite honey yet but that's where the painted bee comes in.

2: Add it to 1: and offer.

There's more to find near the guard on the right. You can walk south there and explore more.

I'll have a look as well. I remember playing one of the early versions..

What are the settings in your winsetup? If you have the speech.vox you don't have to download the game again, I think it's more a configuration issue.

Now you need to make sure no one notices that you're gone: find replacement.

Use the mop in your inventory to take the stick from the cloth and put the cloth in the bucket with water to make it soft. Go to the cleaning room next to your office and empty the bucket.

Then go to your own office and create a look-a-like.

Use the stick on the chair, put the bucket on as head and add the cloth as wig.

Since it doesn't look entirely:

Use the colorant on the cloth to dye it black and use the pencil marker on the bucket to create a face. Finally use the glue from your inventory on the stick in the chair add the two smaller sticks from your inventory to serve as arms.

From the shelf take the BELL and the COLORANT. Look at the bell to find the magnet on the back.

Enter the room on the right and talk to Barney. Talk about all security issues.
