Sure. I've put them on my download page. There are two versions... there's also the remake (sort of) by VertigoAddict.

I can provide a total list of games that used to be on the bicyclesforblahblah server.

I can provide the total contents of that server.... except not on that server :-)
Unless the owner wants to transfer the domain name... but then again....

I still keep saying that the links in the database should be administered by a moderator and not by the game maker. Or, if they don't want to provide/support their game, just remove them from the database. If you have an administrator doing it for them, you don't have any problems at all.

Sigh... I think I've made this statement before... but apparently I'm alone in this.  :-\

I actually don't archive demo's but found the one you're looking for on the original spot....
#585
Or at least at the start of the game....

Sounds like The Elder Scrolls...
I think you have more luck at this page.

It's a bit of both...

I haven't finished it yet but am quite a long way already (category full length adventure games  :) ).
The game is certainly not easy with some good brainteasers and widens along the way. The first level is only one screen but the level I'm playing at the moment (it's not numbered) takes place in 9 different screens so it widens a lot. Besides that, the number of possible actions per screen also increases drastically.

It's not as with Wogger or Samorost that you need to click at seemingly random spots to progress, in this one there certainly is intelligence and logic. I'm not sure where it leads to (like said, haven't finished yet) but I have the idea it's building up and hope not it ends in a huge world with +60- screens.

In this one you know when you have some stages where you can't return anymore. So the world you leave behind is a closed chapter.

After some digging in archives I found a name would could be in the possession of Fad of Devils Hash. I wrote an email and guess what: HE STILL HAD THE GAME !!!!! Thanks for digging and dusting Abstauber! You can download the game from my page.

Yet another game for the (M)AGS museum saved. Only 3 to go.

ps. It runs under DosBOX, you only need CWSDPMI.EXE

Also has some trouble with Arthur Dent, although it's in the list.

I thought I had got everything. One thing I do notice that has not been translated is the verbs in the verb coin... these still come out as "guarda" ("look"), "usa" ("use") and "parla a" ("talk to").

There are two errors I realised I had made in the translation after downloading the English version of the game: there appear to be two save buttons in the save/load dialog, but the button with the bench on it is actually the cancel button;

That's what I said yeah. Together with the annoying mousecursor using the default hand-icon. But other than that, nothing's spoiled.. so far  ;D

I think what is happening here is that when you move the mouse off the edge of the inventory dialog it closes, so possibly this is what happened (and the mouse has probably moved off the verb coin too).

Now that you mention it... yeah. The verbcoin that is displayed over the inventory is higher than the inventory window so when you try to move to the eyes, you're outside the inventory window underneath (which aparently is still looking at the mouse coords instead of the verbcoin having the focus) and thus closes the inventory.

Alright, continuing the game, which is, I think, more interesting than Dovadula. I have the feeling that there's more story and logic in this one. Some puzzles still seem a little 'off-track' but I'm enjoying it.

So there are still balls on the table, you just can't see them? Hmm... confusing but ok then...

Progressing slowly but surely I noticed a few other things:

- There are still a few sentences not translated.
- In the editing room you can walk behind the black door.
Spoiler
- The remote control doesn't have an icon in your inventory? An as description it says: comando.. ?
- When you try to change the channel in the recreation room, the text that follows in black is completely unreadable...
--- eeuuhhh... after emptying the jar, there suddenly is an icon for the remote in your inventory?  ... and when you empty the jar before taking the remote, you get the remote automatically, but is still on the sodamachine.
- Another weird one. When looking at the spider in your inventory (hold the mouse down on the spider and moving to the eyes) the inventory closes... ?
- When Brick tells you he has to go, he leaves but the dialog still continues.

It's pretty clear what to do in the game, not yet how to but that's ok. What I don't get however is the pool game.

Spoiler
You get a pool cue and when you play the balls, the table is cleared. Still Bob Tesla says it's his turn and apparently the game is not over yet... But I have no clue what's expected of me here...

Something didn't go completely right with the translation. When trying to save or load, the close button is translated as Save... to it's Save/Delete/Save and Load/Save ...? It's only for the new interface 'cause F5/F7 show the correct translation.

Then..., while we're at it, the save function doesn't work at all? Also again only in the new interface, F5/F7 work as expected.

Continuing my quest.....

[continued..]

- There's no translation for the verbcoin?
- Is the cursor suppose to alternate between blue balls and the default hand cursor when over a hotspot? Just checked it with your first version and then the cursor stays black...  (and the save also doesn't work there).

I'm working on the wt of SAW II at the moment. I don't know where SAW I was published before but the last 3 days it's already the most visited page on my site (over 100 times/day).

I'll check this one out after #2. Screens are looking very good. Any plans on remaking #2 as well? It could use some turbo on the walkcycles.. ;-)

As for the burial objects: wait till you have all inscriptions.

It has nothing to do with her eyes.  You can't just take the fairy...
Spoiler
Use the knife on the soap to cut a figurine and replace it with the fairy.

And I just replayed it, you're right. The top menu is hard to reach as if the mouse won't go there. But since it's only load/save/quit you can do that with F5/F7/CRTL-Q as well so not too much worries there. And keeping the mouse down to pop up the verbcoin is quite normal. Nothing strange there (imo). It's the lack of interaction that makes it weird sometimes (like with the drawing).
