This game is awesome!! Congratulations. Very high standard!
The only minors are indeed the translation (hope you'll get this fixed after the competition) and the fact that you can't change icons within the inventory. So you need to switch to gear first and then open the inventory. Both issues are minor, the puzzles, story and graphics are superb!

The link from the games page still works so no problems there. You can click that download link to get the game. The best place to request these games is in the GameSeek department.

The other game you mention, is that one also made by Stephen Storc?

Alright.. I was confused as well at first but one quick mail to the maker revealed that the game you've downloaded can't be won since it's experimental and starts in the middle (or almost at the end). You're missing quite a lot of objects to find your way out of there. The correct link to download is:

Since it's still at the beginning just download again and start all over.

Found a slight textual glitch...

After moving the snake and trying to cross the river with Kiri in follow-mode:

-Oko: Kiri, please do follow me into the river
-Kiri: Why not?
-Oko: Because there was a snake in there.

The first line shoud read "Kiri, please do not follow me into the river.

Use pressure (tap multiple times to move forward, do not keep pressed). ... I found the keys to react very slowly as well. But finally made it there.

The keys are in your pants.. ;-)

In the backyard you can find the clothes line. On it are clothes. Use the green towel to move the clothesline until you can reach your pants. Inside are the keys.

Indeed broken. Besides, the game was renamed afterwards because the setup is looking for test.exe... Nothing that can't be worked around but still... if you're updating anyway, might as well fix this as well.

When you use winrar and select "Keep broken files" when extracting it will extract the vox file and play with sound as normal. I'm not sure if it will cause unexpected behaviour elsewhere in the game though (I'm not that far yet).

I do miss the voice acting though... (no speech.vox?)

It's not a bug but the hotspot of the inventory object is not 0,0 so you have to try a bit...

Right. There's still something left. You need the fabric for your tent.

You need to buy that and therefor you need to get credit from the bank. They want some colateral.

Let your mug get filled with the free drink after talking to the man at the general store.

Then you can get some colateral:

Talk to the painter about your drink and he'll leave. Use your rock with the paint and now you have a yellow shiny.

and get some credit. Use that to buy the fabric.

Then talk to the people in the bar again and it should continue.

You should have a wedding invitation so when you show it to the guard you can enter the castle. King Arthur can use a hand. This will make you worthy and able to enter the cave.

You can now proceed. The potion will work here.

The CODE for the elevator is mentioned in the dialog when you swipe the card. It's only mentioned once so read carefully....

Then when you talk to the guy at the bar you'll learn about his fear... and passion. Then talk to the lady again. It's the conversation between these that should make you realise what reason you have. What else is in your inventory?

Did you talk to the lady at the table?

Sorry I keep coming up with the wrong suggestions :-(

I know the game is a bit buggy. I needed to go back to a previous saved game. Maybe when you save and restart the game, reload your game and exit the bedroom? I had the same when playing it. When you exit the bedroom, can you see the lights in the christmas tree?

To win the chalkboard game:

- take one from the first line
- take three from the second line
- take one from the first line

clear the rest if necessary, depending on your opponents moves.

If you use the dye on the headdress, you'll dress up as an indian.

In your sons bedroom, use the santa doll on the window on the right. Then leave the room and the christmas tree should have changed. Walk to the wife on the couch to receive a hook.
