Good to hear he is well. I can respect his quiet stepping-back, avoiding the hair-pulling, wailing, and teeth-gnashing of the community if he had announced it publicly.

It's also good to see others stepping in to fill his void in the Questions threads. (I'm looking at you Slasher: the student become teacher). While it was amazing to have the instant answers always on hand from Khris I think it is also a valuable learning growth for the community that others learn while teaching.

I don't want to get you paranoid, but if it involves making fun of Chinese political figures/situations then this could be a reason why your link is being censored.

Take care not to get framed as a political dissident by the Chinese government. They don't have a huge sense of humour from what I've heard...

Looks very interesting! And yeah, the Roger sprite kind of jarred me a bit when I saw it, but I will be checking this one out for sure. Maybe if someone with animation skills plays the game and likes it enough you will get offers to redo the main character sprite for you? Here's hoping!

Congratulations on the release of what looks like a beautiful game with a highly original story!

Unfortunately my portal isn't cooperating, so I won't make the deadline (yesterday I thought I finally had it cooperating, but it didn't. So I'll have to work a bit longer on that one, but... I'll try and make something up with a new idea I just had today.
Hopefully it'll give you all a good laugh if nothing else.

I don't mind waiting for the original another day or so if everyone else is cool with it...

Yeah: a photo or somesuch would have been nice but the game-maker does not support such things yet: There are no customizable beginnings/endings although I suspect there will be in the future. The whole thing is still in its childhood if not infancy of development. Well, it's certainly no AGS but also I think it's not trying to be. If it could end up doing anything the creator wants it would have to become more complicated and less accessible to a wider range of people. I guess it would be best used by younger abitious game-devs (early teens) as a stepping stone into more complex stuff like.
