1-2USD Darth??  :o I might as well give my album away when it is ready! For I would be losing out overall from the costs of making it in the first place at that price. And I don't even have advertisers, mixers, producers etc to pay, or a record company taking a large cut!

I usually agree with you on many things Darth, but not today!

Limping Fish: Yeah I prefer something physical! Not just to feel like I actually got something that I can display on my shelf, peruse the artwork etc, but take this example: I played my legit copy of Oblivion loads. What about my copy of Fable? I keep forgetting I even have it because it's not actually here for me to see it! Teehee!

Does he have any wiki articles? Fight fire with fire!!! So what if he's admin or something there!

His stand up is more like sit down and shut the f*ck up, please!

He seems really full of himself.

His argument "700 hits is very few" Oh yeah, sure mr 400-odd views for his lame stand up act! Also people, don't watch his stand up act actually, we dont want to give him hits now do we? (Wished I knew it would be counting so i didn't)

EDIT: Excerpt from his barbie review: "if you gave the cartridge away for free nobody would want it. Actually, someone might, but only for use as a doorstop, or perhaps a paperweight."

Ooooooh that's so original! A paperweight! Oh how DID you come up with that one? (Note sarcasm)

*Hi-jacks the thread*

Hey skyfire1, why aren't you hitting my music video with badly constructive comments anymore? (ie "emo gay") I could easily delete the comments and you were raising the total views stats! So, thanks for that anyway!  :)

Limping Fish reminded me that a lot of folks make their regular avatar christmassy so I followed suit!  ;D

After a slew of mildly depressing christmas' ("Remember when Grandma (was alive and) came round for the day?" "Remember when we had loads of people come for the day?" "Remember when we ate around the table for our xmas food instead of watching the telly while we eat?" "Remember when.. etc")

Well, for the first time in about ten years, my brother will be here for christmas!  :D

Just an idea. And I like Eagermind's edits.

That's because it was painting flowers that made him evil! Paintings are to blame! They are the cause! BAN FLOWERY PAINTINGS NOW!

TWO? Are you sure about that? Did you actually play games or just suck on the joystick?  :P

Erm... well Nik is just joking! The silly bugger!

That film looked alright, I imagine I'd prefer it to Sin City, which I only watched once and never felt like watching it again. Yet a mate of mine watched it about twenty times in one week.

It DOES have a weird fake render feeling to it!

At one point I thought I was looking at a videogame though, oh dear.

I've never been a fan on over reliance on CGI. Specifically when they CGI people.

I failed to show them both to Matt. I wonder if you're supposed to? You'll see what I mean..

I'll PM you where the newspapers are. (Bernie seems keen on giving out hints rather than outright solutions.)

60% for me too! Seems like that's what everyone gets! You saying that can go higher? I do feel like deliberately going through the game again, but being an asshole instead!

EDIT: Oh, is this not on the AGS games section? I was going to give my feedback there.

Okay then! Apart from the measuring device, a kind of puzzle I despise in any game, this is an excellent title! I don't know why you doubted yourself! I had high expectations, and you exceeded them! Graphics and animation spot on. Music, although not yours, goes well with it (I like the music in the first section, and the terminator sounding music later on). A few minor issues with the dialogue, but only on a technical level, I enjoyed their conversations!

This goes in my top ten fave AGS games!

I got past that and beat the game! Now for my feedback!

This game is fantastic so far, except for the DAMN MEASURING DEVICE!!!!

Please, just tell me the damn code already! I've followed your hints and I don't understand. I must be stupid then. And sheer luck isn't getting me anywhere either. What makes me so frustrated in this instance is that the game was so much fun I'm annoyed that I cannot continue, where in some other AGS games I'd have just deleted it off my hard drive. That's a compliment amongst my angry rantings.

Yeah, I wouldn't even say they're good notes you used either. It sounds like you randomly chose any old notes, especially at the end, sorry. Because you loop it, the last note is the same as the first note, which really doesn't work.

Keep the beat, but well.. what they said.

I know you're capable of better.

I like the style!

Right, look at his hair from the front angle, and compare that with the side angle. They look like different hairstyles to me! Those strands on one side are not in view at all, which seems wrong to me.

Here's what I'm getting at, although I'm not great at drawing on computers:

I put strands sticking out, and also changed the grey hairlines to what i think looks better, but your character! I also made the middle one has a parting, which again I suppose is my own personal preference. Still, the hair sticking out bits is my point!

(Played adventure games since hmm lord of the rings text adventures on C64)

When I was on holiday this year, on a boat, there was my cousin's toddler wanting to run about. I was in the bedroom, and it was stuffy so I wanted the back door open to let the air in, however this meant the toddler could open the bedroom door, and go through the open door and climb the steps outside and potentially fall in the water. So I made this device using my cousin's other daughter's scoobies. These weird plastic cables that kids use to make necklaces and stuff with. I noticed two holes in the wall next to the door and tied some scoobies up, and slotted them through the wall and onto the handle of the door.

Now the toddler with her inferior strength could not pull the handle down to open the bedroom door, and I could leave the back door open! Anyone stronger than the toddler could easily still open the door.

Crude, but effective!

So, you have to ask yourself, did playing adventure games help me make a makeshift door locking device, or am I naturally resourceful? I couldn't say myself.

How about without black outlines? (Probably use a darker colour than what I used for the skin though, silly me)

I was stuck on the monkey kombat for ages, thinking I'd finally got it sussed before getting beaten again. I think I had to look up a guide for that one.

I think Monkey Kombat was really out of place in the world of monkey island. Except that slightly annoying safe puzzle in the first one. I hate "chore" puzzles, where it feels like work and not fun.

When in a game I come across a numbered password, I like it much more when the main character remembers it for me, so I'm not rushing back to the keypad saying out loud to myself: "6389375" over and over again when there isn't any pens or paper around.
