what are you talking about? A goth in the seventies?

Yep, Bauhaus did first release a single in 1979, as did the Cure, and anyway are you telling me the whole early nineties grebo band thing started exactly in 1990?

Sheesh.. the only reason i said seventies was 'cos I knew I'd get some smartarse telling me it's not JUST the eighties, but it seems I can't win can I!

Lewton. Weeks after playing that game I'd walk around the house talking EXACTLY LIKE HIM. I loved that voice.

I've (tried to) read feet of clay, and I didn't like it at all. So I never got into Pratchett. Discworld 2 had some infuriatingly illogical puzzles, probably made worse by my lack of discworld knowledge. So I never finished that one, and they talked for too long.

However, Discworld Noir, I adored. I even happily put up with the overly long conversations this time. the graphics (on the PSone) were awful, and at time I recall I could see "blocks" or "squares" around people where they'd been put into the game. Do you know what I mean? Well it looked glitchy anyway.

I lent the game to my brother and his boyfriend lost it. Dang. Maybe one day I will buy it on the PC. I also liked the smell thing. The only thing I'd like to see improved is the graphics really.

Haha you guys make me laugh!

Why I got in the magazine:

While I did nothing but add PSM3 magazine on their myspace page as a friend; the motivation for them to put me in the magazine over other readers is the music video I sent in to them ages ago, and all the other things they've printed that I've sent. like letters. So... in short, they like me! :)

Mr Hyde, are you aware of the reason as to why the joypad isn't dual shock? The vibration technology they used was not their own patent, so they were sued over it's use. So they CAN'T use dual shock anymore. They have put that controller motion control device in to try and make up for it.

Pablo: You lot tried to persuade a church? To do what? Hold a meeting for AGSers?

Flukebake: Matt Barker, that would be me! The second most handsome guy on the page. (What??)

Like they said, there's two kinds of goth.

Someone who dresses like a "goth". (Although this in itself is a rather contradictive statement, as a goth in the seventies/eighties was someone who refused to dress up like the majority, however the goth look is now commonplace thus losing it's meaning of independence.)

Someone who listens to gothic music. This isn't the bands you mentioned. Gothic music is things like The sisters of mercy, Paradise Lost, Mortiis, HIM, Cradle of filth and Nightwish. I listen to some of these artists but that doesn't make me a goth, and besides, I listen to Keane too. (For example)

Thanks guys!

Domino: Me neither, actually!

Jet: They still cover PSP and PS2, and it's a magazine that will still have the fanbase I imagine from PSM2, so hopefully it will do well. (PSM2 came out before the PS2 console was launched by the way)

Vict0r: Oh that's a quote from their letter section. (Sorry I don't quite know how to enlarge it. )

When I was still making my AGS game(That's in limbo), I let my cousin's nine year old daughter play the game made so far.

She loved it.

So there is hope for these games yet for the next generation, but we have to do the exposing ourselves!

But how will you know if they're irritating or not without reading them first?

8)ManicMatt poster: You proof read everything you've posted, but don't always correct it. You also like reading what you just wrote because you like reading what you write. You have a few friends on here (Vict0r, Nikolas, nine toes whatever he's called on here, Spleen maybe) and also a few enemies. (Helm being your nemesis. Oh how he haunts you!)

You also like to make an ass of yourself at your own expense just to get a laugh.

Fun thing that. Last night my boss (34) tried to rape a 15 year old girl... or because it was her birthday, she turned 16 and became legal...

I don't care if he's the most evil man in the world. It doesn't excuse your racist comments that i find offensive.

And.. if he RAPED her it's still illegal, unless where you are the law is really fucked up.

VH1 huh? Yes I do so value their opinion so much.

Hehe I'm not saying bad about the song though..

That's not what I'm getting at. I was annoyed at the usage of the word "against"

I am worrying about the abcess in my tooth and this girl called Louise. I worry too much. It will probably be my own undoing.

This post implies to me that if in this incident it had been a man that had got out of their car and shouted at you, you wouldn't have posted this thread.

:P

Later dude

Have you seen Asda's (the supermarket, overseas folk) message on some of their products?

"Asda is against animal testing and is funding research into alternatives"

Hmmmm if they were truly against it why would they do it? I suggest a rephasing:

"Asda gets some dissing for it's animal testing so it will research slowly for alternatives to win over more customers"

Yeah! Thats' better!
