"UK version is hella expensive"

How do you think we feel? I only buy it if I REALLY want it, so i own about two issues. Dunno if it costs even more where you are, but the price of gaming/computer magazines with discs on them is unbelievable.

I only just finished Full Throttle today. As I got it a couple of days ago.

Opinion from someone who's played it fot the first time about ten years later? I liked everything but the puzzles and the arcade sequences, which would have been bad even back then I imagine. The graphics though showing their age are impressive despite the blockyness and the animation is sublime. I also like how "foot" is an option.

Ze Powerpuff girls!

Haha funny! I'm keeping this file incase I ever want a character in a game of mine to have a german accent, it'll be a reference!

You know, I'm kind of glad I don't actually remember such useless details from games
I played over thirteen or so years ago like:

5. How many pieces of eight is the map piece in the store?

;D :P

I swear, but depending on the circumstances. I won't swear in front of children, and I won't swear in front of my mother. Mostly.

So maybe I'd have some kind of adaptive sticker on me?

I was ALMOST going to, but the sheer amount of different characters that I'd have to remember the voices for was too much for my miniscule brain to cope with, so i got annoyed and didn't bother. Much like everything else creational I've attempted to do recently.

Oh and the download wouldn't download. :(

I think suggesting no digital camera for a competition where the pictures have been transferred onto a computer would make for a very select few able to enter. No?

And I'd like to use my mobile phone as a camera!

I'd enter.. but then I'd win and have to do another compo entry that you'll win by default and then you'd have to do the next compo entry that I'd win by default...

Sigh... yes AFTER I'd made the cover I was going through my cd collection and looked at Static-X's cover and thought "Hey that's a bit like mine! A BIT!"

But I don't even like that Static-X cover at all. It's horrible! (Intentionally)

Wow, he went from a rookie detective to a hard boiled grizzled detective!

I'd say lighten the skin tone, it's too dark.

If you note all the songs on my page are downloadable. I'm STILL going to hand out shedloads of FREE promos with half of the album on them.

In terms of the album, I'm not keen on just handing it out free, a lot of sweat and tears went into making it, over half a year or so. (Yes, assuming someone would want it in the first place..) But I'd rather I did a swap with them, music for music, a drawing of theirs, something
for something.

I'm tempted to replace "there is always hope" on my page for this other song that had Nikolas' son dancing.

Try as we may, all three of our drawn noses aren't right.

Vict0r, yours would be fine if she was facing slightly to the side.

What about a rounder nose?

And I would have moved his ear futher in, but Steve knows best. (At least, better than me I presume)

Ignore my colourings.

Okay, maybe I made up nose up too high, just take off some details there.

And my bit inbetween the nose and mouth looks a bit like a moustache, so sod that too..

Tooked her jaw in a little bit.

Widened her mouth slightly.

I think the roof caved in from small rocks, perhaps meteors/comets.

Although I'm confused as to why there is a fence and a tree inside someone's house. I'm sure all of this and more will be explained in the game. Lets just drool at the pretty graphics, eh?

They're playing? I don't think they have enough players.

"it's been going on for almost two decades now so this is really not an excuse"

Well I suppose so.. however it's the first time I'd used a PC to make the music, so it was a whole new ball game for me in how to program and compose the music.

Hmmm when I'd made the music it was so bass heavy it was shaking the draws in my room. when I took it off my PC to some decent speakers and so I went into Goldwave and turned down the bass on it all. Would that have spoiled the music at all? Even just a little?

Yes it was what I wanted to do in life. To be recognised as a musician before I die. Maybe I should go back to cartoons.. sigh.

"The other thing would be that it seemed very unrefined."

What do you mean by that? I was struggling to get the sound levels right.

"I'm not sure what equipment you are working with"

Fruity loops and it's plug ins. PC. Decent microphone. That's it.

"trying to dress up your personal neuroses like they're interesting, was done to death throughout the nineties"

Guess I'm a bit behind then. In the nineties I was listening to Jesus Jones, inspiral carpets, PWEI, Wonder Stuff, all those grebo bands.

"Maryland Mansions."

Yeah, I've got that album. But again, I was making this sort of music years before I heard that.

You seem insistent on finding an artist that MUST be where I got my sound from. Well I honestly don't know. I listen to hundreds od artists. Maybe they all inspire me.

I'd have never been told my music sucks and would continue to live in illusions of grandeur.

Oh and I might not have bought a PC, which in turn would have meant my new album would never have been made. And then I'd never been able to buy all that cool stuff I got off the internet!
