In the same way i think those midi computer songs sound out of date.

The synth that comes in around one minute into the song, not the very first synth you hear. It sounds like something you'd expect to hear in an old amiga game. But the rest of the music is fine.

Scenes From A Memory Metropolis Part II's album cover looks familiar to me, and the band's logo I've seen before too, perhaps in a magazine or something?

They sound alright yeah! Some sweet guitar riffs going on in there.

I like having no deaths in adventure games. I like to put my feet up, get out the pringles and coke, and have a nice relaxing game. I want to be able to experiment with everything in the game without a fear of dying.

Fred: Glad you had some decent teachers then. I should explain further then. Time and time again the teachers were aware and didn't do enough to stop it. For YEARS. No one else would help me so in the end I had to help myself.

It gets to the campfire bit, and a pop-up shell screen (Sorry Amiga term) comes up with ERROR: Room 5 not in room 5

EDIT: I tried it without scummvm and instead of the campfire the demo goes into the toll bridge cutscene. Methinks scummvm tried to load up monkey demo like it was the full game? This demo appears to be a rolling demo, and it has no sound, or the sound isn't working. Dammit! I wanna hear the largo legrand theme tune!

I kinda like it, and you've mixed quite nicely here, although I can't really comment on it too much 'cos it's not my scene.

I've got Xp and SCUMMVM, and the monkey island 2 demo didn't work. (Good thing I played the game on the amiga then.)

So.. if you really want to be cautious you could download the demo off the aforementioned scummvm website and download scummvm itself and see if the demo works.

Couldn't your own bullying experience have been solved if someone (a parent or teacher) had interferred? It may have meant crying, showing weakness, having your perspective judged by someone else, reaching a compromise - the whole mess that is so painful to a kid's honor, but necessary in my opinion if we want a world that isn't ruled by ignorant (perhaps innocent) and brutal kids.

That's just it, all those methods failed. My mum counted my bruises from when I was at junior school, and they were 24 bruises over my body. I remember this figure because at the time I lived at number 42, the opposite number. (You know what I mean)

I got bullied from junior school right through to half way through the last year of senior school. It wasn't until that last year I went fisticuffs on people. I was an innocent boy, a harmless child, unable to take care of himself. Until that fateful day when I'd got beaten up all day and was getting angry for the first time... and then this guy came over and started punching my friend and I attacked the guy, and defended my friend.

If you use a vocoder, you can practically ignore singing in key. Else use autotune or some other plugin. I woul'dnt be surprised if almost all of the pop music on radio had some minor tweaking applied to it.
