I think the few dots that are darkest on his head should be a little bit lighter in colour.

I would also suggest putting a single pixel on each leg of darker skin tone to suggest knees, as his legs lack any detail.

Also did you know you can highlight a word in a script and right click an option to find all uses of that word in all scripts? Useful tool, although if it is the name of a view etc, that's not going to find it that way. Just incase you weren't aware, that's all.

I looked up Ben Browder, and he was in CSI Miami once. So yes, I mixed up my late Stargate actors haha.

A keyboard, I think you can get ergonomic ones, but I'm not sure.

But my mouse is ergonomic, and I never get RSI from it like I'd get with normal mouses.

I've got a trackball instead of a mouse, but that joystick-type-thing you posted a picture of looks interesting; I might have to investigate someting like that.

That ergonomic mouse wasn't cheap. Lasted about a year maybe before an idiot  visited and broke it.

I was curious who wrote it (Meowster, aka Yufster), I think I was friends with (her?) on myspace or something. I dunno.

Good grief, I can't imagine how the religious person would have thought of my Limbo adventure game where the character not only goes to heaven (with a god like character who wants you to feel his glorious pecs) but also go to hell (with a demon wearing polyester) and the neitherworld, full of not particulary good or evil people.

They'd probably have a breakdown.

But CJ IS JC. Why would anyone question this? It's even more so with him being only present in the past. Those of us who were lucky enough to exchange dialogue with the great Pumaman, tell others in stories and create adventure games in his honour.

Okay, here are my suggestions, but I don't claim to be an expert or anything, and i find it hard to work on low resolutions!



1) I think his black eyes are too prominent. Reminds me of Police Quest or something, but I think giving him more blended facial features is better imo. I also added a lighter area for his cheeks, just because. EDIT: Oh yeah I changed his hair a bit too. Lol.

2) I love anti-aliasing! Personally I think this looks nicer, a blending between the two colours. I just find it easier on the eyes. Although by doing two lines around it, I've made it look raised. Doh!

3) And same again on the tree line. Although it might blend TOO well here.

4) I think his shadows on his face should match the curvature of his round face? I just quickly painted over it here.

One way would be global variables. I'm not very good at explaining things, but if you look in the AGS manual, it should explain it.

But basically its a way of telling AGS if something should happen or not, in most cases.

Yeah sorry, when I said chosen mouse cursor, I meant walk, look etc. I assumed you'd done away with your mouse over script and custom mouse cursor after I said it's not needed. I shouldn't assume.

Double click your chosen mouse cursor, in the properties tab, it says "AnimateOnlyOnHotspots", make sure that's set to True. Then under image you select the standard cursor image. Then view you need to create a view for your highlighted mouse cursor.

Is it just to make the cursor highlight there is something you can click on? Because I think that's a feature AGS has without the need to script anything iirc.

Grundislav: Looking fantastic! I might look at drawing over photo references, I've been just looking at a different image. How come your windows defender keeps coming up, can't you add it to trusted programs? Go to windows defender, click on settings I think, and should say something like excluded processes, add your .exe program. See if that works?
