Never occured to me I could customise it! I just deleted a lot of the shortcuts!

Eidos AND Eidos Interactive sub folders? Be gone foul beasts!

It's my job to know which publisher did which game, but to have games divided by publishers and/or developers is messy indeed.

I've followed the advice on here and organised the bitch. Even if I rarely felt a need to use it anyway!

Yeah I would have given you at least about £7 cash, £8 trade in my shop Limpy!

Stupot, some of those games should fetch a nice price!

Finally, captain of my own ship! Lets search for treasure!

Land ashore! Hey is that Tuomas over there?

Ooh, I've found the greatest treasure of all!

But lets try to find some gold! I'll ask these guys.

Arghh! I'm being attacked! I wrestled with the mean bastard until he told me where to find gold.

GOLD! I just need to pry it off this long dead prisoner..

Darn, it was fake gold! Oh well, back to work I guess. Blimey, in only one day all these games and dvds were traded or sold to me at my shop.

Yeah, brown haired men like me never deserve anything, we're scum! It's her genetic structure that won the prize, good job! (Are we applauding her parents then??)

Awsmoe, your ego must be floating in the clouds by now!  ;D

Perhaps, big things are in store for you my dear! Don't forget us little people, and when you're head of EA Games and cancelled the Tiger Woods, Fifa, and need for for speed franchises to make room for Spooks golf 2009, Spooks Street, and naturally The Need for Spooks, hire some of the talented folk in this here forum!

Okay, maybe I'm getting ahead of myself here..  ;)

So erm.. what did they make themselves? The end credits?

I've been on a mission, I've basically been going around asking bands via the net of course, if they give me permission to play their music!

I found an unsigned artists internet radio from google (Having found the time do that whilst running a shop  :P ) and that's okay, although the odd artist is playing out of tune..

Go for it Hammerite, whats the worse that can happen? I don't play it? Haha  ;D

Ah yeah DKH, I'll use yours, thanks!
#950
Yes, shops have radio licenses or a license with PRS and we don't have either at the moment, hence the need for stuff not belonging to record companies. In the meantime we don't have either, so I'm stuck between listening to me and this other unsigned artist.  :(
#951
I'm not sure where to look for an internet station that plays unsigned music, and being at work right now I dont have much time to go searching, but I'd need a radio license for that, I think..?
#952
Due to legal reasons my shop is playing my own music and nothing else. The problem is, I need unsigned music to play! And all I have is my 1 album, playing on repeat! I'll get sick of my own music in no time at all!

I don't own the shop so this problem is out of my hands until the company does something!

So I'm asking you, please give me links to any music you have made that is unsigned, that you give me permission to use in my shop to play in public.

Thanking you in advance!

Don't worry guys, I'll be soon releasing my own commercial game using AGS. Here is an in-game screenshot:

I made everything in this game myself, the graphics, music, and the engine itself from scratch.

You leave Turrican alone! It was a classic! The cover was "inspired" by Manowar!  ;)

Still off topic.. but then I think Limbo of the lost has pretty much been covered anyway..

This reminds of the last days of the Amiga, when publishers stopped sending their crap games to Amiga Power because they knew it'd get a bad review. AP would literally pop down to the shops to buy the shit game so they could review it and give it that 25% review score it deserved.
#957
I haven't played it, but that "B" sounded like a very generous score, given how crap and boring it looks in footage I've seen. I'd like to see PC Gamer review it, or some other published magazine!
#958
Ah thanks for finding an old Amiga screenshot, saved me going through Amiga Action magazines in the attic to find them to show you guys!

I think I actually prefer the main character's Amiga style to the new one! Apart from that arse, what happened there?

#959
Some games struggle to run smoothly even in DOSBOX, but have you set dosbox to skip some frames and all that malarky to get it running faster/smoother? In Toonstruck the mouse icon would flicker, but not had that in any other games.

I've had the mouse slow down just as you described, and messed with dosbox's settings to rectify it.
#960
It would ruin the immersion for me.. I'd stop thinking about the task at hand in the game and start thinking about the ripped backgrounds. I'm then thinking about how the game was made and not how my character will get out of Limbo.

I think I read a preview on Limbo of the Lost in an AMIGA magazine. Jesus.

*ManicMatt's "Limbo" has nothing to do with "Limbo of the Lost"*
