i've noticed an interesting side effect to the ratings.


check out games that say they have a high sex content. then, check out their download number. waayyyy higher then some of these games deserve.

I contemplated saying bob's quest had boobies when it didnt, just so more people would download it...but thats kind of horrible.

anyways, I still think these ratings are a good idea however. just commenting

didnt paypal get sued for not giving some people their dough? sounds kinda risky. I avoid it. heres what I do
to folks in the state of Ohio, where I do most of my bussiness, I sell CD's with a ton of stuff on them, all the bob's quests, TGC demos, unrealeased AGS stuff, and throw in some behind teh sences and walkthrus and stuff. I charge 5$

For people who dont live in Ohio, (AGSers mostly) or people with uber-good internet, I offer the games for download, free. They just dont get the goodies. I think this is the best way to make money in AGS. (at least for me  anyways, cause my games arent exactly the best...and certainly couldnt turn a profit among game makers) I thrive off the novelty-factor I suppose...kids going, "wow! you make games! cool! I'll pay 5 bucks". Im not trying to make a ton of cash..it really just helps me keep focused, and it helps with my job's salary to pay for uni. ( I hope to pay for books for via my games)

personally, I'd take him more seirously if he didnt jump right into this, having no experenance whatsoever. If he was really serious about a job in public service, maybe he ought to join a political think tank, or run a  smaller town in california or something first. being gov...even more so in a very populated and powerful state, is a big job, and I dont think he's ready

well, I hit a wall too. I lost a lot of time waiting for team members to get back into the country...but now, for some reason, that school has started again, ive felt more creative. I hope to get more TGC goodness out to you all....

but I guess ive been busy tweaking with bob's quest for a while. I dont think ill ever finish...I'll always be making a new version. this one has good graphics though...

I live in Ohio, and I didnt see this game went I went shopping a few days ago. I'll check to see if I can buy it online if the price is right

i may dislike windows a lot, but windows 2000 was the best one. every computer at my work uses windows 2000.

I dont see what the problem is about the imac though. its great for artwork and such. I wouldnt run a network off of an imac, but I dont see anything wrong with those machines

plus, I still think they look pretty cool

naahhh, they really dont care about their adventure games now. really, they gave me their blessing to download their older games, like KQ3, and longbow, and SQ3. all they said was, dont ask for tech support.
