For the people getting the train from Milan, I am led to believe that the villa is roughly equidistant from two local train stops (Lucigiano and Foiano della Chiana) on the line from Arezzo.  That would involve about a two-three mile walk, depending on the station.

Map (Feel free to add anything else onto the map)

Bicilotti, Disco and I should be getting the train down from Milan on the day.  Who else is definitely travelling by train besides Cat and Miez?

Loved it, loved it loved it!

Some of the best voice acting I've seen in an AGS game.  Congratulations!

Mmm this is nice so far. However...

Spoiler
When you grab the tree root and then look at it, the character disappears

Once again, you two have made a lovely game :D

Non-walking character - Sometimes I can draw a few characters a day if I'm the right mood, other times it can be longer.  My Star Trek characters don't take that long though as they are mostly variations on the same template.

A fully-animated four-direction-walking character - Again,  I could probably do a character walk cycle a day if  I got my ass in gear.  My animations are quite generic though so a good walking animation would take me much longer.

A  room- Depending on how complex the room is, it can take me anywhere from a few hours (Star Trek backgrounds) or a couple of days.  Sometimes a background will annoy me enough to spend a week on it!

Objects - I usually rush doing objects whenever I draw them so most of the time they take minutes.  I don't think I could spend more than half an hour on one though.

A game - Well, I've only released one game and it took me around 3 months, but I was pretty much learning AGS from scratch.  I probably could (should?) have spent a little longer having it tested.  The sequel I'm making is currently taking a lot longer, but I think I am putting a little more polish into it.

Like Steve McCrea said, a survey would be neat and they are all the rage at the moment ;)

Looking good Abstauber, I wish you luck completing it.  Also quite excited about the future module, it might tempt me into making a  game myself!

Pretty sure  Evil  Dead 4 will never be made.  I also hope JC will never play Ash as that would offend me greatly.

Not that I know much about music, but I really enjoyed Leave.  It left me feeling very homely.  I personally didn't mind the vocal style, although I imagine that it could work nicely with some sort of harmonising duet in parts.

I think I agree with Calin about the drums in Before the Tide.  They sounded a bit generic.  Apart from that, the song had a nice flow about it.

Doesn't the website mention that the place has just been renovated.  In which case, the satellite picture could be out of date.  Still a bit worrying though.

Regarding transport, I think Disco and I might be flying out a few days before and then get a train to the nearest station( Lucignano‎ or Foiano della Chiana I believe).

I have paid the full amount,  woo!  Now to find some flights...

I do really like the look of the place AGA suggested.  Plus it looks like it is a better location for Florence and Pisa etc.  Also, Vineyards!  I could probably accommodate the slightly higher price if needs be.

I remember looking at the place Disco suggested a while back and it seems a bit out of the way, although it is near Perugia, not that I know much about it.

I'd say AGA's one is my choice.
