Trust me Zooty...I don't think it's a good idea I draw anything, lol. I drew something for the mspaint game and it just confirmed that I should never draw my own characters, lol. Even using something as a sample and drawing from it...no...I suck too much, lol. But, like I said not everything has been copy and pasted somethings were made by me and almost everything has had colours changed, detail put in and things changed about them. Like most of the faces were done by me and some of the outfits.

All the animation is from drag and drop rooms and I just modified some clothing and other details, because I can't draw, lol. So, they may look familiar. I don't really wanna give away too much, butÃ,  I guess you can say it has to do with the supernatural.

Chosen: Part 1 - The ones

This is my first game ever! It's the first part of a series of games I am hoping to make.

It's about a group of friends who all of a sudden start encountering some very weird phenomenon and soon learn some interesting things about themselves and the world. I really don't wanna give too much away.

The game is about 40% done I think. It should be done and ready to go before the end of October.

N/M I figured it out! I can't believe I figured it out on my own! lol.

Ok so I took you guys' advice and it worked! thank you very much! But...when I did that another error popped up. This time it says:

Error (line 64): Undefined token 'show_inventory_window'

wow...I'm so bad at this this. I'm so sorry.

So now I have another error message on my screen. This is what it says:

There was an error compiling your script. The problem was: In: 'Global Script'

Error (line 55) : Expected '{'

So I have no idea what this means or what to do?

I'm about 40% done I don't wanna start over. I just wanna know how to make my inventory work and how to have a menu bar at the top of my screen.

I started with an empty template. And I feel so stupid cause I have no idea what either of you guys r talking about

 ???I am trying to have my character get in inventory item from a room. She gets it just fine and it's in her inventory. But then when I press tab and goto the inventory screen this message pops up:

I have no idea what to do or what I did wrong, lol. Can anyone help me?
I also have a nother question. There's no menu bar at the top of my game's screen when I test it out. How do I get one there? I checked the tutorial and help sections but I couldn't find anything on it. 

I have read previous posts on the same issue but I still don't understand. Could someone please help me out?

Hello everyone!! My name is Michelle I'm 21 years old and I live in Ontario. I love adventure games. I have played almost every game on this site and I can't get enough of them! I'm right now working on my very first game (yay!) and I hope that it goes okay, lol. Just wanted to say hi to all the fellow gamers out there and introduce myself! 

I just had a question and I wasn't sure who to ask about it. I am currently making my first game right now. I can't draw, so I am using some drag and drop cartoon dolls as my characters. I was wondering if I gave the sites credit in the credits at the end of the game from which I got the pieces to put together the characters, is it okay if I use them in my game or do I actually have to draw my characters? I'm about 40% done my game and it would be really sucky to start over again!   

Well, what have you done so far? What's in your inventory?
