It might be that your LCD screens are made for digital input only and the SNES was an analog output I am pretty certain. Try an older TV.

But seriously, I respect Grok's work style both with his art and this release: It seems he is a "just-get-the-damn-thing-done-and-out-the-door" kinda guy, which is an awesome way to supply content without getting bogged down in the nitty-gritty and having a bunch of almost, but not quite released projects hanging around (like me)...

Plus the quality of the content is amazingly high considering the short work-cycle...

Grok, you could even give Slasher a run for his money I think!

So I'm a big forum jerk! Just trying to be candid.. Trying to express that I enjoyed the game but can't help but wonder how extra cool it would have been with the extra time invested. Very admirable to get it out that quick, devoting all your free time for a full month is pretty overwhelming anyways.

Loved Leopold Kettle, awesome art and an altogether fun game. Lets get some more GameBoy action in the future, the nostalgia was incredible 
Jimi Hendrix Case was a blast! There is alot of game in there for a mags entry, great job!
Hendrix Island was very cool, cool art style and wacky puzzles.. you released pretty early Grok, would have been great if you used the extra couple weeks to add more interaction responses  (might have clinched my vote anyway..)

I had the same issue when trying to use the badge in the Fish Market gun fight, he would shuffle up to the perp and say something unrelated to the situation

I'm prob not qualified to weigh in on this, but I've been kicking around here for a while and I didn't know there was a donate button  I knew about Bakesale.. Although I was inactive during the last one.
So from over here in casual-land, a little redesign of the home page wouldn't hurt.
I know this thread is way off topic, but we were done with pros and cons weren't we?? And good conversation always come about naturally anyways 

It would probably be nice if users were sensitive to the fact that there is a very small team of volunteers working on the engine when they make complaints... But not all are going to know this fact. We'd all hate to see AGS fade away into obsolete, but only a limited number are skilled enough to help Crimson.
Dave and WadjetEye set a good example when providing the community help with the IOS port challenge, it would be nice to see those skilled developers who make commercial games support the development of the engine. Just saying, they might have the ability to help takle some of the needed fixes

Actually I have notice a few more than normal lately.. the simple is this an AGS game? yes/no step sound like a decent idea.
