theres a skeleton lying on the ground. take one of his bones.
for the 1st puzzle: each row from top to bottom forms a pattern. just complete the pattern of the last row.

I've got the map, list, business card, green mushroom, watermelon seeds, recipe, and water (in glass). I've given the prisoner beer, but it didn't seem to do anything. I have looked up the card in the encyclopedia, but am not sure where to look for a "concentrated light source" (I tried to see if light would be magnified through the bottom of the glass, but no such luck.)

Any way I can be pointed in the right direction without being directly told an anser to a puzzle?

there something you missed at the cemetary that will help you a bit further on.
check out some graves at the furthest end of the cemetry. maybe there is something there.

you are on the right track with the beer giving it to the prisoner. look at the poster in the potion shop for a clue about that. however, u'll need to get through the passageway before u'll find what u need.

You have to die to get into hell and afterwards heaven. Don't know if you've been to hell yet, but the solution to the puzzles should be in this thread somewhere.
To die, you need to fix the gallows. The solution to that is somewhere in here, too. If you're in heaven, talk to St Peter and you'll get closer to the map.

This is what I used and it worked and looks a lot like He-Man's solution.
D=down
U=up
1: D D D U U
2: D U D D U
3: U D D U D

Down means that this lever thingy needs to be down and up therefore that it has to be up.

Those stuck with this, You have to move switches to indicated direction. Don't press arrow buttons as up or down. Once you move
all switchs for 1: then press big button

Modalles, If you have other ways in switching magic dice with barman dice then let's hear it.
Solution in having barman in kitchen is most used and accepted.

well, i just switched them and it worked? the barman didnt go into the kitchen.Ã,  :-\

EDIT: oh, i see there was a bug in the bar. this must be what he-man fixed. i guess i still have the bugged version.
so, then i have no idea how to get the barman in the kitchen. i finished the game without doing it.
sorry for inconveniance.  ;)

well, the 1st puzzle has a certain pattern. from top to bottom each row has a pattern. just complete the pattern in the last one. the same square at the top of the 3rd row, just mirrored. . . if i remember correctly.

excellent game! i really enjoyed it! some great art and great puzzles and great story . . . except for that music puzzle, hehe.

yeah, thats exactly what i did for "mordy on holiday". i also used max to do a rough layout of each background, and then i painted over it in photoshop. it helps with perspective, aswell as shadows.
