i think the problem around here is that people are obsessed with vanishing points, thats all i ever hear.

theyre not making the game, you are. so do what you want with it. its not like u are getting paid for it. so make it for you. thats the most important, if you like the game, then it was worth it. people are too quick to give critic, but they never show us what they can do. if they can make a better game, let them prove it.

some really nice games!

i especially liked Tomb of the Moon and Heart of Abraxas. my vote will probably go for one of those.

the brooklyn one was also nice (love the graphics), but i struggled a bit with the gameplay. i think the room was too big for my slow pc.
and in Science, the game crashed during an explotion (

well, actually there are certain values that goes for certain materials. i dont know them, of course, but leigh van der byl has some helpful tips (she worked on movies like sin city, king kong, the aviator, fantastic 4).

but in the end, i guess its more down to experimentation. just put a few spheres down, and do loads and loads of render tests, until you see what values makes stuf work.

looks really nice. how do you play, though. i started a game, and there is a cursor on the screen and hotspots, and an inventory at the bottom. but it seems i cannot interact with anything. i tried double-clicking, right-clicking and left-clicking on all the hotspots?
am i doing something wrong?

This girl is NOT overweight! Not a tad fat! Overweight dont have anything to do with what type of people you are familiar with, but with BMI and all that previously mentioned stuff.

...its almost like that girl in that bigmac movie saying that it is unrealistic to be thin, when its suppose to be normal to be thin and not overweight...

Noone is supposed to be thin, nor overweight! We are supposed to be muscular and slightly fatty to keep warm and to hunt prey. The only reason people are thin nowadays is an issue of the ideal woman, that which have changed through the ages. In the wild west, the ideal woman was chubby and tough, and not skinny.

Why dont you post a pic of your ideal woman then Mordy?

we are suppose to be slightly fatty?????? youre right, people are suppose to have some fat (a certain percentage), but not fat that makes you look fat.
i protest! that girl IS a tad overweight. BMI blah blah, if there is fat, there is fat.
thin because of the ideal woman? what about thin because their leading a normal healthy lifestyle.
and dont post pics of anorexic chics, that just means u are completely missing the point.
or u didnt know that girls can be normal thin without being fat nor anorexic.
i wont post a pic of my ideal woman, since she will be pretty mad if i posted her pic on some random internet site.

haha, i completely disaggree with everyone.Ã,  ;D

no, i just think its a case of different lifestyles. my generation ate mostly home cooked meals and did sport after school (didnt sit infront of the pcÃ,  all day ;D), and so 90% of the girls around campus are mostly thinner than that girl. and most of my friends would aggree that that girl is a tiny bit overweight (not much). it just seems that, in general, countries like america the population seems bigger (not necessarily fatter, just bigger.) just bigger people.

they are starting to discuss these issues in my country, since its seems like the kids here are starting to do less and less physical activities, due to the ever increasing video games and kids staying indoor. so its starting to look the same here in the younger ages. were becoming more and more americanized.

but i might be completely wrong, like everyone seems to be pointing out to me.

its almost like that girl in that bigmac movie saying that it is unrealistic to be thin, when its suppose to be normal to be thin and not overweight, not the other way around. animals only eat when they need to, and so should humans.Ã,  :-\

ps, i think anorexic chicks are ugly.

attack me now.
