wow, buloght, those sprites are excellent. and im really honoured that u wanna do my char as a sprite. and i dont mind at all.
i really like the newer version. the shadows are great. still missing a bit of rust and scratches, but that will be hard to do with pixel's i guess.

the sprite of ninjas' excellent painting is excellent. so much detail. im jealous of ure sprites and of ninjas painting. 

haha, i drew a house (very quickly) and answered the questions and i got the most accurate description of myself ever. i couldnt believe how accurate it was. i think somethings going on here. my room is bugged or somebody tipped them off.

seriously, every sentence of their description was 100% right.  it was flawless!!!

wow, i love the city through the window. and the shadow from the door showing the letters on the ground.

i added some shadows. and made it a bit darker.
but, im no expert, so maybe wait for darth or somebody who knows more about these stuff.

i used a painting that i had on my pc as reference. some of you might have seen it before, especially if you've been in the diablo 2 lod circles.
the original pic's title is "death dealer".
i realised i never really drew a horse myself, and i wanted a horse in it, since the restrictions are 128x128, so i started to search for horse reference, lucky i remembered about this pic.

thanks steve. i understand. although, i dont think yatchee's art is awful.Ã, thinking about how u explained it, i dont really think yatchee's art falls under this term at all.

well, i didnt say he did. some people could just interpret it like that. i was just saying some programmers are excellent at art. so i wanna know what "programmer art" means. i havent heard the term before, and im just wondering if it is some sort of graphics term im not aware of.

What's the point of trying to emulate his style? His style is basically a way to disguise programmer art. If you're going to emulate a style, you should spend time imitating better graphics instead.

hehe. buloght is doing his master's degree in programming and look at his art in his kludden game. so i dont know what you mean by "programmer art"? i think yathee's style is really well done.

i love turn based battles in rpgs, since i dont like to be rushed. i like taking my time to think about things. otherwise ill go and play baldur's gate or something. 

i love suikoden 1+2, and this looks like a game in the same direction.

i cant wait for this game.
