It's interesting.  I'm not sure why dissonance and chromatics makes for experimental, I think it just sounds good.  I would say, to make it way more fun, add a whole bunch more wide dives and bends and things, all crazy like.  peace

I know it's lost detail, I know it's blurry, but it's starting to look a bit nicer to me.  A little touching up to the colors and edges at this point and it might be very very sexy. Heh?

Does anyone think that Nicholas Cage is a hideous actor? Every time I see him, I can't see the character he's playing, I see a guy acting. He can't play different types of people. he can't do accents, he can't display emotion, and he especially can't convincingly play a character that's clever.

So, anyone else agree?

I agree, but I rather like him actually.  It's always Nick, but I'm cool with that.

It was never called Nason.  That's a typo I believe.

As for will they understand it, let me just say this:

1. Nason in english will sound, um, unexplainable.  Especially to those who aren't familiar with Perry Mason anyway, as so many are not these days.
2. Nasal has to do with noses in english and Perry Nasal doesn't include the SON, the only reference to maSON besides Perry.  So it is good to call him, Perry Nasalson.   Or maybe Perry Noseson, which is less good actually.

Yah the only other thing I could add would be to boost the volume for the melody in the mix.  I meant to tell you that in my first post but between words I was kind of nodding off into space...sorry.  Can't wait to hear it when you clean it up!

Well I hear it, but I'm not getting any Wicked Child vibe here.  That's just because of how you change the style though, which you meant to do...so it's a success!  I think.  I don't like all the lead stuff over the shift.  If you know what I'm talking about.

I realise this has probably already been thought of but:

The zipped techinical only, is it in txt only format?  Can you do that? Would that be smaller?  Just a thought.

Also, what forums are searched the most?  Can you maybe say, only search the technical forums?

For games forums, for each game could you maybe do posts in alphabetical order, and then just click on the letter you want? Sorry if that's a crazy question, I'm not a forum expert so I don't know how it all works. 

What about asking for donations to get better hosting?  I know people don't like to go there sometimes, but maybe you should?

Yah I think I'll try those suggestions out on them.  I guess when I did it I was trying too hard to use the original colors or something.  I'll make some edits, maybe tonight if I can make myself wake up.....zzzzz.  So sleepy.

Alright well, I did these three things just recently and I thought I'd share.  Comments always welcome if they're constructive and can improve my skill! Haha, just kidding on that skill thing.  Fire away.


First up, the starfield.  I did this one at 640x400 and then scrunched it down for the later backgrounds.  I'm putting the original here because it's larger and looks a bit nicer.


After I did the starfield, I thought, hey this could be cool with some space stuff going on in it.  So I did two backgrounds for a project that is going on elsewhere.




I'm especially displeased with the first Title screen's logo.  I wanted to draw it that way, but it just doesn't look like it turned out.  I spent alot of time on it too....oh well.
