You'd better make your own backgrounds or atleast modify screens alot better than that. About the logo, I hope it was a mistake you aren't seriously thinking about using it are you? It is property of lucasfilms! and like largopredator said it would have been LucasArts!

Well the text looks good, only a little hard to read.
And the torch looks hmm a bit weird a bit to simple, the fire too. ( and I dont know what the thing above it is.)

Well it is a good improvement I must say.
Except for the shading the 'doorway' I think it is, just to clearify. The thingy on the right wall isn't in good perspective (or am I being an idiot here, no I mean more than usual) but in all it looks alot better than before.

I think it is more about which codec you find the best.
All CAN be good.
But Divx is one of the best, Xvid would be good too.
I use Xvid myself, it works fine for me.
