The door on the bank seems a little thin for its height and the tree would use some detail such as leaves and cracks in the bark, but other then that nope..

if it was possible it would have to be a damn long game.... and you'd have to make sure of certain things, for example maybe you cant advanced in the game at night because the shop you needed to goto is shut... what happens then? Cant play after 10?

its called a hobby......... And its not different to many other, why spend so much time playing football and training? for some medals which might get you into a better team which might get you molre medals?
