Ok, it only shoots through walls if it's set to shadow map, all the others stop and cast shadows as they should.
And it's only spot lights and directional lights.
if I set it to double sided shadows it casts shadows fine but i have to break up my objects into smaller objects so the light will "pass through" the glass.
