and is the 9/11 commitee trying to blame september 11th on anyone? I thought they were there to find out what happened security and intelligence wise in the United States.

Also, the whole Clinton trying to increase book sales... Yea, he doesn't know what he's talking about... It's not like he was President or anything... Yea just some crazy guy who wrote a book is trying to get people to buy it...  What the hell? He was President of the United States of America. He was trying to get rid of Osama Bin Laden towards the end of his term but that was all just publicity and a smoke screen for Monica Lewinski, right?

I urge you not to use java

on my computer it takes at least 5 seconds for it to load up and display java and it freezes my whole browser just for a little morph effect

i'd much rather see a flash movie if anything

might I suggest stars... definetly.

also the moon, get rid of the shading on the moon and make it a brighter colour or make it look like it's actually giving off light.

agreement with viktor on the bridge, even if you add the supports on the other side slightly offset and darker it'll look better.

the lower left ground goes from crisp the blurry and looks awkward. I think it would look best if it was only crisp and no blurryness

also... the clouds. Might I suggest changing their colour. They look a little too much like the clouds in my tutorial  but HUGE bonus points for not using the clouds from Monkey Island! hehe

the 9 was allll the way at the bottom of the rotary phone and you had to drag it all the way over to the little bar, and then when once you're comitted to that long dial you're sure you're dialing 911 on purpose so you get the 2 quick ones

But, Kinoko, subtitles are also notorious for changing stories around. So you're best bet is to just learn the language I guess...

Also, since Spiderman was created by people working at Marvel Comics then Marvel Comics created Spiderman. So they can do what they want. How can you like anything if you go by this idea that people have to accept things the way they are?

But back to comics, Spiderman has been around for years and the original artists probably haven't worked on it for the last 98% of that. Any superhero who's been around since "The Golden Age" is completely different from when they were first created, otherwise they'd die a horrible death in sales [Captain America isn't attacking Nazi's anymore which is basically what he was created to do].

as in the arms the head the body the legs the cape the sword?

i'd recommend repeatedly walking like this and then working on the legs first, then the body and then the arms and do the cape last

It is a GUI, also as far as AGS is concerned it is a GUI. I made the majority of it in the GUI editor.

It's also a Graphical User Interface for making spells inside the game Spellbound, so it's still a GUI. A special effect would be the particles and lighting much like on the characters. If you haven't played Spellbound then maybe I'm not explaining what the stone does well enough. It's like the staff Bobbin Threadbare carries. You use it to make spells with.

I was just saying as a just in case that I wasn't picking, to avoid anyone else or yourself from thinking I am.

again, i'm talking about anything that isn't a save load gui or something covered in buttons...

like the Englewood Stone from my game Spellbound, that's a GUI, if it was 3d the wells could actually be depressed into the stone, lighting from the hand creating magic could shine and light up the pits and grooves in the stone's surface. Particles pinging off of it as they flow from the hand's magic build up

this is an innovation that gets on your nerves?

anyways, if you don't see 3d guis as necessary for personal reasons that's fair enough. I'm just trying to make what I mean more clear not pick at you.

a GUI doesn't just have buttons on it for saving games as AGSers have shown, why can't i have lighting change on my GUI or normal mapping?

Guis didn't [don't?] take advantage of alpha blending and people want it, so saying that the gui is unimportant isn't correct.

Saying that you can make a 2d GUI is like saying why use a 3d character. Since it can all be done in 2d why go 3d? Silly arguements I know but so is saying GUIs aren't important
